My first visit was for an ear infection and shots. I was given an ear cleaner and medication to put in each ear. A general exam and shots that he needed. A follow up appointment was scheduled for about 10 days. This is where you must ask exactly what your follow up appointment covers. My opinion was that it was just to look in his ears to see how he was doing. Basically that is all that was done. An examination of his ears and we chatted a bit about how bad the traffic was. We were left alone in the room for several minutes and then dismissed. At this point we were billed an additional $60 for a wellness exam. When I questioned this, as we had pretty much a full exam 10 days ago, I was told that the Dr. Had to code in something. It should have been for a follow up inspection. Question your charges.

Just LOVE Animal medical Center who have taken care of many of our dogs over the years!! They show the ultimate care! My dog strained her foot and the next morning Eileen called to check on her and see if we needed to bring her in! You could hear the concern in her voice and I was so happy to let her know she was doing better! This is the place to go and it is evident that they will treat your pets like their very own! ❤️😍

This is a very busy practice, but everyone takes the time to show a lot of affection towards the pets. We've been taking ours for a long time and have always felt well taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet! They have been amazing with my 2 dogs making sure they are always cared for. We are moving to Hawaii and they have made sure everything was done perfectly for my pets. Even when I had to get new health certificates since mine expired before we could use them. They were quick to help me with getting new ones. Bailey is a peach and has made sure to make the process easy. The staff is so friendly 🥰 I will miss them once we make it to Hawaii for sure.

I have been taking my 2 dogs here for a little over a year after moving here. They are always super clear on information and reasonable requests. For example, they scan their notes and e-mail it to me for my records. That being said, I dislike how they don't have digital record keeping. Another issue is even if you have an appointment at a specific time you are always seen 30 minutes or more from that original time. While I have an open schedule for the time being, I see it could be an issue in the future. However, their facility is always super clean, very accommodating and explain things clearly.
