The staff was so kind to my daughter and I when we had to put our cat Bailey to sleep today. They worked with us over the costs and were so caring after he died. Dr. Moreno was so professional but also very, very kind to us and Bailey. She also took the time to let us know we were making the right decision. I will be taking my other two cats there from now on.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Took my dog in because he was having consistent diahrea and meds weren’t helping, was suggested to do an X-ray so we did. The doctor diagnosed my dog with a very large abdominal tumor and suggested that he needed an ultrasound with possible cytology to see if it was cancerous or not. We were made to believe that he would be put under or at least twilight since they told us not to feed him for X amount of hours. After leaving an 12 year old , elderly, anxious dog there for 6 hours, we get a call that the procedure was not able to be completed and we needed to do a repeat ultrasound a few days later. He finally gets the procedure done after being double dosed with a sedative this time and we were told the results would be ready in about 24-48 hours. Fast forward two weeks later of me hounding them via email and phone, the lab results are missing. No one even bothered to call to follow up how my dog was doing. The doctor didn’t even seem sympathetic on the phone when he called. Gave me a refund that I could care less about and told me to have a nice day. This man has zero bedside manner. This was a serious matter that was taken lightly and I regret going to this place to begin with.

I want to make a review for Ury Goloumenko. He performed surgery for our dog Perseya on August 7 th, 2023. She had right hip luxation and her femoral head ligament was torn and joint capsule was disrupted. Ury suggested us to do femoral head ostectomy as it was the best course of action in that situation for long-term success and comfort. We trusted the doctor and agreed. The operation lasted 2 hours. The doctor showed us her MRI before and after that everything went well, the cut was smooth. We picked up Persia a few hours after the operation. She recovered quickly from the operation and felt well. We followed all the doctor’s recommendations for her rehabilitation. And 3 weeks after the operation, Perseya began to run and walk on four legs. Our happiness knew no bounds, as this was a very good result. We are very grateful to the doctor Ury Goloumenko for his professionalism and vast experience. He made a diagnosis very quickly and acted clearly and confidently. We will recommend him to everyone. The best surgeon we have ever met!

We had to put our cat down yesterday. We took her to see Dr. Shyenberg since he has cared for her in the past. He is so kind and caring with and was so gentle with our cat. He is very smart and took such good care of our cat. His staff was very kind to us as well including the worker who had to assist the Dr. during the procedure. We highly recommend this place if you need to take your pet for anything. Dr. Shyenberg even called us the next day to see how we were. He is amazing.

Took my dog there for a skin infection because my daughter took her cat there for neutering and she said they were really nice and due to my regular vet closing, I had to find a new vet. No issues with the front desk at all and the Vet tech and Dr were extremely nice. Got the meds he uses for itching due to environmental allergies and antibiotics for the infection. A little more expensive than my last vet, but my dogs health is most important because he's a service animal.

This place almost killed my dog!!! If I could leave a 0 star review I would! I took my dog for a scheduled spay on March 18th and they told me to drop her off and they'd call me when to come pick her up later in the day. They called me 2 hours later saying they had to wake my dog up due to her having heart issues and that they needed to run heart scans and get a cardiologist opinion as well. They called me when the results came back and told me to bring her in again for another scan on March 28th just to make sure and I dropped her off in the morning and picked her up 2 hours later and they said that the results came back negative and there was nothing wrong with her and admitted to giving her too much anesthesia so that's why her heart slowed down to the point where they thought she had heart problems and misdiagnosed my dog and charged me $600. The results came back negative and wasted my time and money due to their mistake and malpractice and never even spayed my dog at all and almost killed her and wanted to charge me another $600 for another spay on top of the money I wasted for unnecessary heart tests! It seems like they just want your money and don't care about your pets and make up fake diagnosis to take your money!
