First of all me and my fur baby say Thank You so so much to the VEG team, they were amazing!! Unfortunately my cat went through a scary situation and I was terrified/ worried for him. I rushed him to the VEG Ralph team and they immediately attended him, they were super sweet and attentive also very comforting especially in such scary time. They also made sure me and my pet felt comfortable. Throughout the process of any exam or fluids or injections that were given to him they always made sure to inform me what they were for and how it would help him. I am happy to say my fur baby is doing okay now. I am very grateful to this amazing team. Mucca is also very thankful for caring for him, in such scary event ♥️

I’m so very thankful for everyone that took their time to help my cat who had a horrible wound in his abdomen. The surgery was a bit pricey but that’s to expect. They took great care of my cat and recommended multiple things in order to help him recover properly. The wound looked super clean after the surgery, they’re the best! Now my cat is healthy and a bit chubby ☺️

Just want to say thank you for this team. Dr. Anderson was kind and she was there and did absolutely everything and even explained all the options we had for our girl. Unfortunately, our girl was beyond the help of the team and we had to make a quality of life choice. During this time the team gave us all the time and was so compassionate with us, Dr. Anderson up until the last moment gave us the sympathy and let us say our final goodbye to our girl in a private quiet room where we got to hug and kiss her one last time. Thank you V.E.G, you made our girl’s final moments comfortable and quiet and thank you for doing the most for us.

My three year old rescue dog, Smudge, was bitten and attacked by another dog and, after taking her to my local vet, they told me she needed stitches and referred me to VEG on Ralph Avenue. Understandably, Smudge and I were both stressed but I hopped in an Uber Pet and headed over. Vet Emergency Group on Ralph Ave turned out to be amazing. The wait was a little long on a Saturday morning, but they took Smudge's vitals right away. Vadim was super gentle and kind, even taking her temperature non-obtrusively so that she would stay calm. Dr. YG came and updated me about her status and what procedure would need to be done, and a timeline for the operation. I was also sent an estimate of costs before the procedure to make sure I knew exactly what to expect. While I was waiting, multiple people offered me coffee or tea and asked if I was comfortable. Dr. Kayla Anderson was the operating surgeon and she and Geraldine were amazing. Smudge got very scared during the sedative injection, so they put her by herself in a dark, quiet room and gently administered it. This sedation ensured Smudge felt no pain during procedure. I was there during the procedure, able to ask questions. They had to shave some of Smudge's fur, and even were thoughtful enough to cover her ears when vacuuming up the fur to not startle her. Geraldine even helped me get Smudge into a car afterwards to go home. The next day, Dr. Anderson texted me to answer any questions and ask how we were doing. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I encountered here. They never ask you to leave or be apart from you pet, they are clearly experts at what they do, and they treat your pet like their own family. I hope I never have to come back for an emergency, but if I did, I would come here without a second thought and will recommend Dr. Anderson and her team to any pet parents I know. These are some of the kindest, most compassionate and professional vets I have ever encountered and I am so grateful for the care they provided to us.

I had a fantastic experience here! I brought my cat Mica in for an urgent visit since all the vets were closed, and they took her in right away, treating her with such care and kindness. Geraldine was amazing! Super kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. She really made the visit much easier. Dr. Guo was also great, answering all my questions and giving me a clear breakdown of the plan and costs. Everything was very personable, and they allowed me to stay close to and be there during my cats treatment. Yes, the wait was a little long overall (it is an emergency clinic, after all!) but they made sure to take care of my cats urgent needs before moving on to other patients, and while it was a bit on the pricey side, anything for my fur baby 😭. Thanks team for a wonderful experience! ❤️
