Description Please note, we are NOT a shelter, we ONLY do transportation. If you are looking to surrender your animal in NYC area, please contact Animal Care Centers of NYC. Also, we are not accepting physical donations, please direct those to your local shelter. Pilots To The Rescue (PTTR) is a non-profit, volunteer-driven, 501c3 public benefit aviation organization. PTTR’s mission is to transport domestic and endangered animals at risk. PTTR supports its network of trained volunteer pilots so they can focus on their missions and do the greater good.

I shot a video and went on a mission with Pilots To The Rescue in December, the whole team was so friendly and we found inventive ways to make sure we were obeying weight guidelines with the aircraft and fitting as many puppies in as we could to bring up from Georgia, where we met with project freedom ride. This organization is honestly doing god's work and I'm so happy I got to be a part of it!

Being the dad of @Larrygreatdane and @Joes_sideofthestory everyone knows my family and I absolutely love all animals especially dogs. When we heard about pilots to the rescue we knew we had to learn more about this organization. We were able to meet up with them and talk with Michael and see first hand how they operate and let me tell you, this organization is absolutely AMAZING. The time and dedication they put into saving animals is truly above and beyond anything I have ever seen. We were honored to help them out with a rescue and all I can say is that the world needs more people like Michael and his team. One of the best rescue organizations out there.

I flew with Pilots to Rescue from Essex, NJ to St. Cloud, MN. The trip was absolutely amazing! Amy and Michael worked so hard to logistically make the trip work with my schedule and make everything happen. The entire trip was just perfect, from the accommodations to the airplane. Jason + Viking made the trip so so much fun and are such professional and competent pilots. This is an incredible non-profit I was so glad to be apart of, would absolutely work with them again!

Pilots to the rescue is an organization that was founded off of Hardwork and passion. I got to personally work with the Director of this company making video and got to see the hard work behind the scenes of what goes on here with rescuing these animals. It’s not at all easy but they get it done and it was really cool to be able to work with them and actually see stuff to get done where has a lot of nonprofit organizations are just a lot of fluff. I’ve also seen how some organizations treat the animals off camera but I’ve seen nothing but love and affection towards these animals from every single person that’s worked on this team. Keep up the good work PTTR!

I had such a good time volunteering on a rescue flight and was very impressed with the professionalism and care demonstrated by everyone involved. I highly recommend volunteering and donating to this nonprofit so they can continue rescuing and relocating animals!
