I had the great pleasure of adopting our new dog Chopper (formerly known as Frost) from AMA. I had been following AMA for the last 2 years and I watched as they helped these pets from some of the worst cases of abuse and neglect. It's amazing what this organization does for these animals. When they found our pup, he was barely clinging on to life, they spared no cost to get him properly treated and taken care of. When I saw his story and the condition he was found in, I could not believe what he had been through. As a dog lover, already have two of my own, my wife and I decided to adopt Chopper and bring him into our home. If it wasn't for AMA finding and saving him, he would not be a part of our family today. The last month and a half with him has been great. The lesson I learned is that all these little dogs and cats is that they would love to have a home and they will fill your home with love and joy. I will never buy another pet again, please adopt, don't shop, there's so many loving animals already looking for a home. Save your money and save a life. Im glad we were able to change one of their lives, so can you!

Peace, Be still

A world in which most say they care, but only a few show that they care!!! I found this friendly, sociable stray cat and couldn't leave her alone, sick, malnourished and who knows what else. I brought her home with the intent of finding an animal rescue group that would take her. I have 7 rescues and unfortunately,I cannot financially afford to rescue another. If only all they needed was Love, that I have in abundance. I called many places and no one offered help. AMA Animal Rescue even at capacity valued this unwanted cat and made a way for her to be accepted by their organization. I've always donated to animal help groups and felt betrayed when I needed help and couldn't find anyone. Upon feeling defeated, Mariah contacted me and said they would accept her. I was so happy, not for myself, but for this little cat that would get the Love and care she needs. I think it's so essential to research organizations before donating and AMA will always have number one priority in my book, when it comes to making donations!

I adopted my two babies from AMA, and I could not be happier. The process was straight forward and swift. You could really tell how much they care for their animals, they made sure my cats were fully healthy, vetted, and socialized. I really appreciate the work that they did not only for my cats, but also any animal that is lucky to enter their facility. They truly go above and beyond and there is nothing more novel that caring for animals. Thank you AMA for being a light in this world.

Amazing organization. Jovana, Mariya and Anna are so helpful, professional and friendly! They are very patient and respectful. You can tell they are truly passionate in their work and they really care about animals.. I don't really have enough words to describe how happy I am to have Luna, our new member of the family ❤️ 🐈‍⬛ Our family is blessed with such a sweet loving girl. I am now part of the Angels club and now you should too!! They need more support from the community. I highly recommend to go there if you are ready to adopt!!!!!

Great rescue, great service, run by people with huge hearts. I was searching for an animal rescue for months, searching for an addition to our family and then I found AMA and our newest four legged family member, Zeus. They take some of the most severe cases, provide the necessary treatment, time, love and rehabilitation and give animals a second chance. The application process was detailed but easy to understand and I want to give a huge thank you to Giovanna who interviewed me during the adoption process. She went above and beyond from the first meet and greet all the way until now, as she still checks to see how Zeus is doing and how we are doing! Huge thank you to AMA for saving Zeus ❤️

True earth angels. I have so much respect for Mariya and her team. These are incredible people doing all they can to help animals. I'm impressed with their level of care, management, and the way they run their operations. As a foster parent for Pancakes, I can say with certainty that every animal under their care is well taken care of. They have excellent customer service, people skills, and follow-through. Pancakes has everything she needs, and the entire team is very attentive to her needs and the needs of the animals under their care. I encourage responsible, kind human beings to join as an AMA Angel, foster, or adopt.
