staff was friendly and prices reasonable. However, I will not be returning after my latest negative experience. They administered the same vaccine to my dog twice within a week by accident. My previous negative experience resulted in a weekend at the emergency vet and thousands in emergency vet bills when this petvax location gave my dog vaccines, steroids and anesthesia for teeth cleaning in the same week, apparently a bad combination. I did not insist on it being done that way; I deferred to their advice. Again, the staff was friendly, but I will not be returning as the care administration seems reckless.

My husband & I have taken all of our dogs we’ve owned here and never really had a problem until today. I’ll start off first by saying that they didn’t asked me when I schedule the appointment what breed my dog was and I guess since I said we “adopted” her that she is automatically consisted a “mix breed” but in fact she is a MICRO BULLY. Secondly…the Vet was extremely rude to my husband. They took her back for her check up and he came back in with her and automatically said “SHE NEEDS TO GET SPAYED….WHEN ARE YOU BRINGING HER BACK?” My husband was caught off guard and confused because he didn’t even come into the room with even a greeting of Hello…how are you? NOTHING….just automatically “SHE NEEDS TO GET SPAYED….WHEN ARE YOU BRINGING HER BACK?” without even asking my husband any questions….we’ve never had this experience until now…. Now we’re really considering taking her to another vet next time! Over all everyone else was nice and the visit was OK.

My Pup hates her trips to the Vet, but Petvax East always treats her great and gets us in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!

It is the first time I use this location and I was not disappointed at all they treated my little girl like a princess and they gave me a lot of Information I didn’t know of my dogs breed. Highly recommended their service and yes my dog Luna as well.

Sorriest excuse for an animal clinic . You put Jenna Lee Dunn in charge of your patients and owners ? Really ? She is too busy in her phone or primping in the mirror to pay attention who is in the clinic . Oh she also does tik toks With your company logo . I think this is kinda inappropriate. I would not put someone like this at my desk answering my questions or concerns about my animals . I worked in several vet clinics and THIS is inappropriate behavior from any vet receptionist. You need to do better selecting receptionist . Yall are awful!!! You need to fire her and do more deeper background checks . She also has a bad record. Trust me my lawyer has checked her out !!!
