The staff at Boston Animal Hospital is very friendly and accommodating. Our cat purrs even while getting her shots! They also look after our human shy dog and take a lot of care making him feel comfortable. We have been very happy with our vet choice for both our animals!!!

We've been taking our two kitties to Boston Animal Hospital for about six months. Their vet, Dr. Kate, is just wonderful: gentle, kind, fun, thoughtful, and super helpful. It's clear she really loves cats. We never feel rushed in appointments, and she always listens to whatever little concerns or questions we might have. The vet techs and admin staff have all been the same way. I'm so glad we chose Boston Animal Hospital.

My chihuahua has a high anxiety level and they manage the situation with care and are very experienced. I thought my medical staff will be coming out with one finger gone, lol. But my fur baby was in their arms quite comfortable and they managed to do the exam very comfortably. I was amazed.

We take our two french bulldogs here and have had nothing but good experiences. With a breed that is prone to health issues, it's important to find a vet clinic that is attentive and listens carefully. That said, I've been to a handful of vets where you feel as though their #1 goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible. Not here! Our dogs see Dr. Evans and he is incredible - thorough in his assessment, cares about the well-being of the animals, and willing to listen to all of your concerns/answer your questions. The same goes for the vet techs and receptionists. Kind and caring staff through and through! Highly recommend bringing your pet here.

Very courteous staff, and very helpful at the front desk. Emily at the front desk made sure to take care of my needs swiftly and me and my dog were able to find an appointment with ease. Most places I have trouble coming with all my requests but Emily answered all my concerns and even explained some of the process for me. I recommend this place to dog owners who want to have a positive experience and receive proper care for their animal!

Great facility and friendly staff but no parking. You will have pay around 20 dollars per visit for parking. Also prices are never disclosed properly. Estimated can very to double the price. A bit ridiculous, I would just confirm what you’re paying and ask for an itemized list of what you will be paying per visit. I was told my second visit was suppose to be free by one worker when it was not. Prices are high at this location. But the work they do is good. Would it be my first option? No.
