Description Bond Vet — Back Bay is a modern and convenient veterinary clinic that offers primary care as well as urgent care for pets, which means we can see your pet (usually a same-day appointment) for symptoms that require timely medical attention, such as a wound, a rash, diarrhea, a persistent cough, a behavioral change, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms. Bond Vet is open every day from 10am to 8pm, and we offer walk-in appointments for urgent care, or you can call ahead or book online, same-day or weeks in advance. The mission of Bond Vet is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. That means a few things, specifically in the design, technology and culture categories.

My cats and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bond Vet Back Bay with Dr. Camille Alander. I have two cats who I was particularly worried about: a 6-yo cat who gets very nervous away from home, and a 1-yo who takes a lot of time warming up to new people. I've also had poor experiences with previous vets who, while polite, performed what could be considered (at best) cursory exams, spoke condescendingly when I voiced prior opinions from other vets, were rude, short, and unwilling to take the time to listen to me or make my girls comfortable. This experience was SO different and one of the best I've had. Scheduling is online and simple, and you can upload prior records and complete intake forms before your appointment, making the actual day of the appointment a breeze. They have a friendly office kitten - a handsome tuxie named Bean (!!) - whom I met while he was sunning himself in the waiting area with one of the associates and Dr. Alander (I didn't realize it was her at the time)! Once inside the exam room, I've never seen my girls more comfortable with any vet. There were no freakouts, no hissy-fits, no claws, not a single meow. Dr. Alander took her time to pick them up from their carriers, spoke to them softly, and let them hide in her arms when they needed a break during the exam. They were hugging her at one point; their visit summaries say "sniffing" and "purring" under "Respiratory Rate." The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for more.

This place is great! They were super patient and calm with my cat who is very shy and defensive in new environments. It was super easy to make an appointment and get my girl in quickly. Everyone was super sweet and welcoming, the whole office was very clean & there is even a cute office kitten to really make your experience. I felt really good leaving here & they even checked in the next day to see how my cat was feeling after her shots. I would definitely recommend bringing your pet here!

I transferred my dog, Sasha's care to Bond vet within the last year or so. We just had a visit for her vaccines and a check-up of her medication. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. We were in and out pretty quickly and Sasha even enjoyed a treat or two in the waiting room. Bond vet is clean and makes the vet experience more enjoyable/relaxed than our old vet. Definitely check out Bond if your are looking for a new and modern vet experience.

I do not recommend Dr. Camille. I understand that we were a walk-in patient but she basically saw our dog for 10 minutes and just handed us the bill. We had further questions, but felt so rushed and unwelcomed that we couldn’t even put in a word to ask about our dog. The vet tech who was helping us after Dr. Camille left was so helpful. After Dr. Camille left we did have further questions which we did ask the vet tech, but the poor girl didn’t know answers to the questions so she left to ask the doctor. The vet tech kept having to leave and come back to the room to deliver Dr. Camille’s responses to our questions because she wouldn’t come back in the room to just speak with us… We really will not be coming back to this location again. ~ I understand that we all have bad and tiring days but taking it out on the patients/ dogs especially when you’re a medical director is not a good look for a clinic.

Love this place! They always provide quality care to my baby and I trust them with her care. It’s so easy to make an appointment through the app! The vets and vet techs are always so helpful and compassionate to my sweet angel.

Staff at Back Bay Bond Vet were very helpful with our first visit. Great atmosphere on site and easy efficient scheduling online. I was very happy with the level of service and care with my visit for Ginger's limping paw condition. Staff were all very attentive to her condition and what impressed me most they listened to their customer. I was worried it would be another high cost sales tactic pitch that has nothing to do with the situation like most vet shops these days but turned out they worked with me through the details, explained point blank their recommendation and were able to meet my comfort zone in price. Further more the prognosis and treatment for my dogs condition was spot on and within 24 hours Ginger's recovery is well on it's way. Again, thankful for finding a friendly service and would recommend Bond Vet Back bay as a honest caring business...my only item for attention is help with parking especially when injured pet is scheduled for appointment. 9 out of 10 is awesome! Then again with free treats at the door Ginger gives Bond Vet 10 out of 10!
