Switched to this vet for the convenience of it being a shorter drive for my dogs. Based on reviews, I trusted going to this Vet as a good idea based on reviews, however, I am extremely upset because it has been But issues for my poor girl. She had a hematoma which we paid over 1K for her surgery after surgery they didn’t wrap the ear and left it open. Of course even with the cone she shook her head and the ears swelled back up so I had to go back. When I took her back, they said the reason her ear swelled is because her head wasn’t taped? I was very confused because they are the ones that specifically said it did not need to be taped. After this appt they used a tape that stuck completely to her fur and ripped her fur out in chunks and left scabs and sores, multiple spots were raw. And also charged me $85 for that appt which was their fault to begin with. Now it has been a little bit of time maybe a couple weeks and the incision has to close, but we just noticed that same side next to the incision is completely swollen up again. We will now have to take her back to our previous Vet, who we trust to do a good job because every time we have gone to Presley it has been nothing but issues afterwards. They rush the appointments, the vet comes in for just a couple seconds, and always seems annoyed, and they never do any examination in front of you. They just take the dog in the back and bring them back into the room when they’re done. I have another dog that is already had a hematoma and the surgery in the past at our previous vet and never had any of these issues , my poor girl has gone through so much because of this hospital not knowing what to do or doing their jobs correctly. They don’t seem caring of animals whatsoever and only want the money and it’s one thing to pay for something to be done and it being done correctly however nothing I’ve gone to them for has been done correctly yet I’m paying so much money. I really do not recommend going to this vet, please be aware. I am adding some photos of what they sent my girl home like after surgery with her ear completely open & again after removing the sticky tape and the damage and pain it caused her.

PAH is the absolute best! We drive 45 min ( one way) as to have the best cate for our girl!

Dr Pressly and his staff are amazing! They hear you and understand your pets needs and give you all the treatment options that will work for your pet. The prices are excellent compared to others I have used in the past. This practice is a huge supporter of local humane societies and I can’t say enough good things about them. If you are debating a vet for your fur babies please consult with them and consider them an option for your pets care.

First time taking my cats to them today. Friendly service. Smiles all around even with my not so nice cat. Excellent with options and helpful info and explaining everything. Perfection for your pet and their chooses owner! Excellent pricing.

If you need a vet, COME HERE! Dr. Pressly and his staff are so caring and good at what they do. My goat had a leg injury and was at another vet for 3 days with zero improvement. Pressly Animal Hospital worked him in that same day I picked him up from the other vet and within 24 hours, Dr. Pressly and his staff got his swelling to go down. Another 24 hours and he is now at a point where he could come home. I mentioned that it’s my son’s party today and Dr. Pressly immediately said not to worry and to focus on my son and Luigi could hang out until Monday. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. If you want a vet’s office that truly cares, this is it.

Love Dr Drake! Acupuncture was a dream for Cody so when our 17 yr old Bichon was having hind end weakness, I knew exactly where to go. First night was rough and he was very painful and the next day not good at all, but the third day he was like brand new. Murphy is doing very well and will return for more acupuncture sessions next week. Absolutely have and will continue to recommend Dr Drake for acupuncture therapy! It works. I've seen it in both my dogs. Thank you Dr Drake!
