I have taken my 4 dogs to see them. The best care you can find locally. The staff is amazing and caring, starting with Hannah, she is a superstar 💫 I also want to mention and give special thanks to Dr. Martin and Dr Seyyed. They performed surgery on my Suzi last minute on a friday night, and thankfully she is now resting at home. Highly recommend 💕 All my dogs had have some minor surgeries with them and prices have been affordable, now my pups get to rock their watermelon collar. 🍉

We took our puppy Jax to Best Care Animal hospital. Hannah took care of us and she was so loving to our puppy and also our other dog Gracie. She is always so excited to see us when we come in for a visit. Also … we took our older dog who was at the end of life and the staff was so caring and loving. Helped us to get through a very difficult time. Always very easy to get Appointments!! Our doggies love going to Best Care!!! 🐶💙

This place should be called Worst Care Animal Hospital. I would not ever be able to recommend this chop shop in clear conscious to anyone who cares about their family pet. I had been taking my dog Shelby there for about a year now with no problems or concerns, staff had been very friendly and scheduling was always easy, so I made the decision to purchase the wellness plan. I took my dog in on 3/19/24 due to her feeling lethargic and not eating much. Dr. Keroles performed his examination and took x-rays. He returned to tell me that he saw fluid and a possible tumor/growth on her spleen, he said it could be cancer, it could even be the angle of the film as he said he was unable to get to the other side of her to get a clear picture. He then said they could do surgery for upwards of 10k. I thought that was strange because he did not even give a reason for the surgery, as he was unable to pinpoint the actual problem. He then advised that the best plan of action would be to put her to sleep that day. The part that struck me the most was that there were NO BLOOD TESTS done or even suggested to arrive a such a drastic conclusion. There was absolutely no compassion just them talking about cost and how to pay. I was really shocked by this news and the lack of general bedside manner in which it was delivered. I sat in the exam room with my fur baby for quite a while and was distraught the entire time. The staff was not even decent enough to even offer me a tissue. Someone would pop in from time to time to ask me of my decision and to sign the consent for the euthanasia process. My partner finally arrived and we decided to take her home so that she would be comfortable. Typically, we would receive a call from the office the day after any visit. I had always thought that is was a nice touch and very helpful. Therefore, I found it really odd that we did not receive any call from the office to check on Shelby or to follow-up. Four days later, we took her to a very popular and highly rated vet in our area. This vet told us that she did not feel any fluid in Shelby's tummy. She reviewed the x-rays and was not able to find any concerns that would warrant an emergency surgery or immediate euthanasia. This vet actually collected a blood sample and there was nothing present that would cause alarm. Such a very far cry from 4 days prior when I was told the best solution would be to immediately put my sweet baby down. Needless to say, this scenario created unnecessary panic and severe anxiety for both Shelby and for our family. In full transparency on my end, I did call back to the clinic to leave a message for Dr. Keroles to call me back. He did indeed call the next day and left me a voice mail. I chose not to respond, as this matter, in my opinion, goes beyond him and has become an office matter that needs to be handled by management. Giving one star is way too much, I wish there was a "zero" star option.

I’ve taken two of my cats here numerous times, both in emergent and non-emergent situations. The techs and the doctors are amazing! Not only that, but the tech, Sarah, recently helped me jump my car when it died in the parking lot. Thank you for having such a compassionate, experienced, and affordable practice with great staff! I never do reviews but everyone was so great i just had to! We brought our dog sage in around 10PM for an emergency. They saw him immediately and were constantly reassuring us that he would be ok. Everyone who took care of him was so sweet. The prices were a lot better than we expected especially since we came in late. Sage is feeling much better thanks to best care! We will be coming here for all our regular vet check-ups now. Thank you all so much!!!

Brought my great dane here because another vet wanted an outrageous price for a life saving surgery due to a foreign body in his stomach / small intestine causing them to be inflamed the surgery went well the Dr and vet techs there were really awesome thru the whole experience and my boy has started feeling him self again i cant express how thankful i am that they were able to get everything done and took care of him!!!
