This review is for their other location in Charlotte which is managed by the same person. The other location is so poorly run, I’d avoid this one too. They’re only open 4 days/week and can’t be bothered to authorize prescriptions ordered from Chewy. Vet tech in our appointment wasn’t knowledgable and the vet was a temp so there’s no opportunity to have a consistent relationship with a vet who’s seen the pet before. Disorganized process from start to finish. Their voicemail doesn’t say their hours so you have no idea they’re closed for three days unless you search their google listing. I don’t think their website even shows their correct hours. I now have to schedule an exam at a different clinic in order for them to allow me to schedule a dental cleaning for my dog because this clinic can’t do routine dental cleanings. So I’m paying for an exam twice and taking time off of work twice because this place is incompetent. I spoke with the practice manager and he was clueless.

My veterinarian Dr. Anderson every staff member genuinely cares about our rowdy, rambunctious and lively 1 year and 9 months old German Shepherd Harry! They love each and every pet like their own. Everyone goes above and beyond to make us and Harry of course feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this Clinic! Thank you everyone at Plantation Animal Clinic! The customer service and pet care here is top tier. The ladies on the phone are so sweet and professional. We see Doctor Anderson and she is great with our pack very through in their check ups and her assistant Jamie I found very intuitive with my dogs quickly understanding their personalities and quirks I immediately felt comfortable with my pups in their care. I love this clinic! The people here really, really love the animals that they see and treat, from the desk persons to the veterinarians and all in between. I always go in with my dogs and never have to drop them off for a well visit, to spend the whole day with 10 more other animals in crates. They are very friendly and treat everyone with care, consideration, and professionalism.

I’m so happy to have found plantation animal clinic. The facility is spacious bright and clean. You are greeted and remembered by a friendly caring and efficient staff. My cats are not stressed at this facility. The vets and assistants are outstanding. They were so thorough with babies care.
