Had pretty close to the same experience as the customer who had written the attached review. What really gets me is how Banfield cares but read their response. They didn't even read his review. And if they did I think that's a very sarcastic reply that they put down about hoping to see him soon after he had his pet euthanized. I will never use Banfield and I will not by any means, promote this company to anyone. I don't know about all these people that are giving five star ratings, they need to take their dog to another vet and have him diagnosed versus what Banfield veterinarians have diagnosed the pet with.jmo

I'm very disappointed with the services provided. We waited over an hour in the waiting room to take care if our cat. They gave us three prescriptions that day for a UTI. He passed away 4 days later.

I rarely if not ever leave a bad review but I’m very unhappy with my experience here and will never bring my 3 dogs back. I had an appointment scheduled for 10am that I scheduled a month in advance for rabies. Because I start puppy training this week. I even got a reminder stating my appointment was at 10. I arrived at 9:50 because I like to be early to things. They claimed my appointment was at 9 and had no room for me and that it was “a glitch” in the system.. how would a system send me a time and then all of a sudden change?? Then tried to blame me for missing my appointment when it was clearly their mistake. I’m so disappointed about the situation and think it was very unprofessional.
