7+ years ago I adopted this amazing lady from the PetSmart adoption center in Medina, thanks to Kitten Crazy making her available. While her name was changed from Fauna to Penny as a tiny kitten, her amazing personality has persisted. She has been my adult staple, being with me from college student to homeowner. Thank you for all that you do.

Absolutely perfect experience, friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, kindhearted staff. Process is simple, 2 week return policy (won't be needed). The cats are socialized extremely well with other cats, and people due to the Free Roam aspect. I've had 0 issues with health or behavior in any regard. Will be back for more.

This place is great! I recently adopted my kitten from here the cats are all very well cared after staff was helpful and kind and they give you detailed records on your new baby that helps a lot when establishing the cat at your vet
