Dr Aldridge was very attentive to my concerns and took her time to examine my dog after she suffered a laceration on her paw pad. The office tech (Manny) was also very polite and understanding. The people here are nice, transparent about the services you’re getting and helpful in terms of guiding you through the care/recovery process. They also have things organized and remain an available should you need anything through their portal system. It’s as good as urgent care can get for your dog (or cat).

We LOVE the staff 💕 Even though we moved out of the City upstate, we still made the long trek in to BondVet at Cobble Hill! My beagle Max just melts into Dr.Polina Mikhelzon’s arms and VA Yasline spoiled him with so many cuddles🥰.

Since our first visit Nellie has been treated like family. The staff always remembers her and they even mentions a sweet antedote from the last visit. The office is welcoming for pets and their owners. During my pups first visit she was so relaxed that she napped on the table during her appointment. Nellie enjoys going with the staff and sometimes even staying after her appointment.

My pet had a mild reaction to a vaccine at bond vet. When I took her back the receptionist and staff was very rude and they dismissed my concerns. I asked for them to provide documentation and the receptionist tried to deny the request and was hostile. I took my dog to get a second opinion and they did indicate a mild reaction. I am so disappointed at the horrible bed side manner that was displayed. Medical professionals whether receptionist or physician should provide bed side manner that is empathetic to a patient.

While the doctor was nice, my suspicions that Bond, with its absurdly high prices is owned by a private equity firm proved correct. After presenting me with an estimate of 3000 for tests they offered me an anti nausea injection for my dog. He had recieved the same exact injection the night before at Verge for $50. Bond wanted to charge me $250, literally five times the price of Verge, itself an expensive emergency hospital. I just walked out disgusted. When I googled them I found Bond recently got 50 million from private equity. There prices are not jacked up to pay the vet but to give private equity a fat payday. I suggest: go elsewhere.

Nobody wants to say goodbyevto their best friend but when you have to the Cobble Hill location is a good choice. They made the situation as easy as possible. The company they used for cremation was quick. We picked up her ashes, her paw print and a lock of her hair 1 week later. The urn is mantle worthy. Their price for a solo cremation is fair compared to other local Vets and less than several others. The room was set up so you can hold your pet if you want. No rushing.
