I am writing this review to give my deepest appreciation for Katelyn at Faithful Friends Animal Hospital. Katelyn is an extraordinary individual who combines a wealth of knowledge, a compassionate heart, and a resourceful mind to deliver a level of care that goes far beyond the ordinary. As a mom to two hound dogs, Louie B. and Teddy B. (who we recently lost), finding someone who genuinely cares and is extremely helpful is of such immense value to me. Whenever I call Faithful Friends, Katelyn is always there, knowing all the answers, ready to provide comprehensive information about all my dogs' needs. But Katelyn's support extends beyond just answering questions. She has a special place in our hearts as she knew Teddy, and since his passing, we have come to appreciate everyone that was part of Teddy's life even more. The entire staff at Faithful Friends are amazing, but Katelyn truly goes above and beyond. Her genuine care and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Faithful Friends family. I cannot thank Katelyn enough for her unwavering dedication and heartfelt care. She truly embodies the spirit and mission of Faithful Friends Animal Hospital. I absolutely adore Dr Caruso and her staff. I have been going to them for years. Aside from being an exceptional diagnostician, Dr Caruso is one of the most compassionate people I know. She has treated so many of my animals, even my rescued iguana. I highly recommend Dr Caruso and Faithful Friends! You can feel confident that your companion animals will receive the best of care!

I first came across Faithful Friends through a rescuer's suggestion when I was about to adopt my now beloved pet, a one-time stray. As someone who's had pets all my life and visited quite a few clinics around Brooklyn, I've got to say, Faithful Friends really doesn't compare to the rest. They've been absolutely amazing, the diagnose is always accurate, especially with the tricky health issues. (Two of my cats got dental surgery done there. ) I trust Faithful Friends 100%. This was my first time there and omg they are Amazing. They answer all my questions when I was concern about my baby. Thanks to this hospital and the rescue for helping my baby. They took there time and explained everything they did while he was in surgery getting sprayed. Lazy boy loved everyone in the office. I would so recommend anyone to go here. By the way lazy boy been healing great he have a very big appetite. Thank you everyone for all your hard work taking care of every animals that goes there..

I am happy I cancelled my appointment. I will never bring any animals through those doors again, so long as CARMELA is employed. She is disgusting, uneducated, and cannot treat anyone with decency. Not sure what messed up her life, but she is going to be the death of this establishment. Sorry Dr. Caruso, but she is the sole reason I will not be returning. Seems I am not the only one who feels this way...
