Called Today and spoke to Anna H about the date of our dear sweet girl Riley almost a year ago on September 28 of 2023. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure she asked how she was doing after almost a year and was so kind and caring! Excellent caring and wonderful way to go Anna H and the rest of the caring professionals at ISU. Riley is on the left and at her Birthday in April and with her little fur sibling Whitney.

The doctors and staff could not have been more wonderful and caring during the time 2 years ago when I lost Bella P. Fiorella. Two years. Clara is such a superb caregiver. She took Bella outside to watch the sunrise and I will always be grateful for the love and care that Bella received. If I could give 6 stars I would.

My dogs Oncologist and team were amazing during all 5 of her treatments! She came out of it successful and they made me feel very comfortable the entire time during our stay. I especially appreciated working with, Anna the receptionist. She was the first person I saw walking in and the last person I saw leaving, and it made me feel so comfortable! Great staff and smart oncologist at ISU! Thank you so much for committing to my dog Samantha and keeping her comfortable during this very hard time.

Please do not take your animals here. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer that they could not find. They were arrogant, rude and yelled at us when we asked questions.They called us and told us to let the dog die and do an autopsy to figure the cause of death. You are treated poorly and they only want animals for research. No actual doctors, only residents. Not sure if they give animals water. The dog drank a bottle of water when we got to the car. Very expensive for what they do and the treatment they give both the customer and the patient. I have nothing good to say of the first and last experience we will have here. It is sad to say that they teach our future vets here!

Needed urgent vet care for sick dog !!! Was told by several vet clinics if I wasn’t a client already I could not be see today. When I called here they were kind helpful and wanted to help. They had me here quickly , and she was given the vet care she needed immediately . They were kind caring and helpful. They were very well organized and informative . So pleased to have found them. They see my dog in the dermatology department for her severe allergies and have been wonderful. My cat has also been to the internal medicine department when he got super sick all of a sudden and needed further tests/ultrasound plus some overnight care. They estimated the price range before I even got there so I knew what I would be expecting. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s animal needs further/in depth care of any kind.
