1 star, only because 0 is not an option. Have had 2 really negative experiences out of the 3 grooming appointments we’ve had here. The only pro is that they have availability for grooming doodles. The groom is not well done but it’s a haircut so that’s the least of my complaints. During pickup after our last groom the employee informed me I needed to schedule in the future on a day that I could pick up my dog earlier because they don’t let the dogs out to potty and it’s cruel to make them wait so long. I dropped my dog off before work at 7:45 am and left work early to pick him up at 2:45 pm, I understand that’s 7 hours but several pet owners have animals that are used to not going potty while they are gone at work. My last experience with them during online scheduling it said our rabies was expired and to bring proof of current vaccine, I am sure it said rabies because I took a screenshot to make sure I got the correct records. We got a reminder call 2 days before our appointment from a person, not an automated system, with no mention of vaccine. Then the night before our morning appointment at 7:28 pm I got a voicemail that proof of another vaccine was required. The vaccine is within a month of being expired and due to availability with our vet we are scheduled to update this in 2 weeks. According to the general store employee I spoke to because the grooming area closes at 7 pm, they are very firm on not allowing grooming even a day after vaccination expires. While I do understand the need for current vaccination. It would have been nice if the online computer scheduling had notified me of the correct requirements and if they had notified us prior to after hours 12 hours before we were coming.

I have 3 aquariums in my house and we are upgrading our fancy goldfish aquarium to a 75 gallon the end of the month. They refused to sell me a fantail because I didn’t have my new aquarium set up yet. (Which needs to properly cycle before moving my fish over.) I have 2 young very happy, healthy, and spoiled goldfish in my 20 gallon tall tank which is properly set up with a bare bottom and Anubias plants (which goldfish do NOT eat). I do extensive research on the animals I buy- AND the things that can go into their tank. 3 small goldfish are fine to stay in a CLEAN, 20 gallon, well-oxygenated tank for ONE MONTH so the new tank can properly cycle. The lady was rude and judgmental, and assumed I knew nothing about goldfish and aquatic plants. Moreover I felt like her and another employee were watching my daughter and I like we were going to try to ask a different employee for the fish. I appreciate trying to educate their customers, but I do believe they’re over the top and overbearing with their fish. Care could be taken to communicate to customers in a more respectful way. The few times I’ve came in to look at fish the employees in the aquatic section did not look friendly in the least, today was my first time attempting to buy a fish. Petco and PetSupplyPlus might have a smaller selection but their employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll stick to buying my fish and supplies elsewhere.

NEVER GET YOUR DOG GROOMED HERE. I went on June 7th, 2022 to get my Goldendoodle a haircut. When I went to pick her up I noticed they went WAY shorter than what I originally said. I also noticed that the hair is SO uneven. I tried to include pictures where you can see the extra-long hairs on her belly, back, and also her paws. I would never recommend anyone looking for a pet groomer to go here.

Brought my 3 year cat here on Saturday, and it was great! The staff were all super friendly, and all seemed.tk.be very excited about seeing my cat walk on a harness. Multiple staff checked with me to see if I needed help finding anything or if I needed help with anything else. I really enjoy coming here. Definitely going to bring my cat with me more often since she enjoyed it a lot too! Kudos to all the staff who work here on doing a wonderful job!!

Believe me I will go hard on social media for cancelling my pup grooming. This is not fair, and I will post it everyday on social media. Trust me. Petsmart cancelled me because my groomer quit. This is very unacceptable.

Good hair cut on my Pup today, however one nic underneath on one leg I suppose that does happen. The groomer didn't tell us about the nic we found the blood when we returned home. Interesting they offer a military and senior discount but only on Tuesday. They have a sign on this the groomer said sorry it's only on Tuesday so I guess next time will go on Tuesday.
