Great staff! My Gage (dog)passed suddenly... he didn't have a vet setup in our new home state. They still treated us like members and followed up with us even after his cremation. I am very grateful for the staff during my family and my time of need.

I am saddened by having to changes vets. The staff and doctors are great and knowledgeable However this is a big corporate owned and controlled facility. I was informed that their prices are the same prices that I would pay in NY where the standard of living is much higher than in DE. I had to pay $602 for an emergency eye visit for which I was quoted over the phone as being $200. But they took blood work also. The worst part is that my insurance pays according to average prices in DE area. Since I am not in NY but being charged their prices, I don't get the full reimbursement. Sadly I have to find a new vet. Again no disrespect to the staff. They are not reason I am leaving, the greedy corporate pricing structure is.

I took my baby girl for 2nd opinion. Unfortunately it wasn't good, however the compassion received and explanation of Xray, etc was very professional filled with Love. They helped & walked us make one of the hardest decisions I've ever made.

Can’t get prescriptions outsourced, have to get a paper copy and do it myself. Almost everything they charge is 30%+ higher than other local vets and double the standard exam and bloodwork fees. $225 for heartworm test and an exam when I can go elsewhere and get it under $100. I tried to stay loyal but prices are becoming outrageous, didn’t tell me their exam fees increased until they presented the bill.

Dr Perza was fabulous. Answered all our questions, and provided more info on controlling weight than any other vet we've been to. Others have said he was overweight, but Dr Perza gave us a target weight and strategies to get him there. Also have multiple strategies for dealing with his skin condition. Great Vet!!

Staff are extremely companionate. VCA charges fair prices for treatment and visits. Great place to take your fur babies
