Dr H and his staff were amazing! We were visiting the area, and my brothers 12 lb pup began having some issues and needed to be seen right away….called the Smyrna office where Trina was quick to get me right in, (I called at 3:30). The facility is amazing. Dr H is s extremely knowledgeable. I had never been to a vet that sees horses and has a barn area for them. If you live in this area and have pets…..I highly recommend.

We had to send our baby girl to heaven 15 years and 7 months after she was born. Brenford was not our go-to vet but they had been utilized in the past when emergencies arose because they are much closer to home, so I knew they could be trusted. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed us and our Sadie. I plan to visit them more frequently with our other 3 if our budget allows it. Many thanks for the care they've shown us!

I'm very pleased with this animal hospital. I've seen several vets here and they are all informed and compassionate. The techs are great, along with the front desk who is very competent. They all take such wonderful care of my kitty Mr Todd.

I had an absolutely horrific experience at Brenford north. Do not go to Dr. Gallagher!! My cats had high blood pressure. Desperately needed medication and she sent us home with nothing. My cats also needed anti nausea medications because they are suffering from kidney disease. She sent us home with nothing. There was no bloodwork done and the vet bill was $547.00. I called the clinic to speak to an administrator and was told someone will call me back…. I really hope they do. And Billie — the vet tech. Should not be anywhere near animals. She was awful, rude, carried my cat around like he was a football. Took 20 minutes to get a blood pressure. Please please do not take your precious animals to these people.

This place is great. They offer hours on the weekend and will take you in an emergency. Pricing isn't bad either and they have a pharmacy that's easy to deal with. They made my family feel comforted when we lost one of our cats and offered complete services for cremation and memorial.

We had an urgent situation with our dog Boomer. Rachel calmed me down and offered me an earlier appointment with another location. Vet was great as well as the girls in the office. Boomer was well taken care of and we are so grateful for the excellent care he received.
