My first visit and I fell in love with this office. The staff are over the top. The doctor is super friendly and took the time to talk and explain thing to me. I recommend this office to anyone who has a pet in need. You can tell they love pets and their jobs.

Our dog recently lost his eye, it’s been a traumatic experience for him and for our family. We started to feel like there was no hope for his recovery until we came to this office!! It’s the first time in a month we feel optimistic about the recovery of our little guy! The staff is absolutely amazing. Such kindness from the front desk ( she helped us to schedule our apt and followed up with us when another appointment opened up) the manager is AMAZING and was really there for me during the appointment and answered all the questions I had with no rush and was patient and so supportive. I absolutely love the Doctor. It’s clear she wants the best for your pet and was very kind and understanding with our dog. I would recommend going here to anyone who is concerned with their pet, and making this the first stop!!! They know how to help! I feel so grateful to have found this office!!

My GSD eyes are clearing up and headed back to normal. On walks now he can finally see the cats without me pointing them out and catch a ball in the air. The doctor and staff have done a great job with my baby.

This is a very specialized veterinary office with a veterinary board certified eye surgeon. We were able to get our dog in fairly soon after we called. Once the dog was examined, Dr. Hibbs called us and made special arrangements to do a very needed operation that same afternoon. The procedure went well. They used modern technology monitoring similar to human operating rooms. This monitoring is not yet common in veterinary offices. We are very pleased and recommend this office highly.

We live in Alamogordo, New Mexico and we were referred by our local vet for a rapidly developing eye problem. They were able to get us in within a few days. I was out of town and my husband raved about the care from the moment he walked in until he left. I was able to go to the follow up appointment. From the people at the front desk, the tech and Dr. Hibbs, I felt like we were dealing with caring people. Dr. Hibbs was thorough and took her time to explain everything. I believe this is the best veterinary clinic we have ever been in. Thank you to all.
