Cheryl and her daughter are amazing! I have a Border Collie Kobe, that is super energetic. She showed me ways for him to have good manners when people walk in and how to teach him patience. we adopted another dog Maggie, and they she is a resource guarder. They showed us techniques that we can use so she can get more along with my other dog and not be so territorial. My dogs get along so well now and they have become a great pack, and Cheryl showed me that things will be ok and things will work out. We took our dogs for dog daycare one day there and they were exhausted when they came back. Taking them back to board them a couple days with her while on vacation and we know they will be in great hands!

Cheryl is awesome! I had behavioral problems with my dog after the last place I had him boarded (someone else). Completely different experience with Cheryl Lee. Ranger came back happy and zero behavioral problems he actually has been the best boy! I don’t know if it was her dogs helping him learn how to be socially, or if she done some advanced training with him while we were away?! But he loved it there! She also would text us pictures of him while we were gone. I loved getting the updates. I also, recently had a training session for manners with other dogs. She taught me what and how I should work with him. Great training!! You can really tell she loves her job and dogs!

An excellent place to train your dog. A friendly and professional knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful and flexible, with one of the most competitive prices in El Paso. I as well as my canine love the staff and the training we receive I would highly recommend this to anybody who wants to train their dog for service or obedience, or as a emotional support pet.

Cheryl’s services have proven to be the best dog boarding experience for our beloved Sasha. Cheryl is knowledgeable, honest, and professional, Sasha loves going over. Sasha comes back home looking as happy and as calm as we left her, no signs of distress, which was very important to us when choosing a boarding place, we’ve had some negative experiences at other places. I definitely recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a fun and safe experience for their pet, and a peace of mind for the owner. Thank you Cheryl!

Cheryl did an amazing job with my dog Nero! I got him maybe a week and a half ago and he tore up my blinds. Nero kept getting out of his cage and so I contacted the lady who helped me adopt Nero and she put me in touch with Cheryl. I never met her before and didn’t know she was a dog trainer until I met her 5 days ago. She explained to me that he had the worst separation anxiety she has ever seen. She worked with him and worked with him with updates on how he was doing and I recently got Nero back from training… A totally different dog. She is an amazing trainer and she is the one and only trainer I would prefer to anyone. Thank you so much!!

Terrible place to board your dogs. Dogs are putting crates for long periods of time and have to earn their time out.... I know because I boarded my dogs there before and I was horrified on a visit when I came in unannounced how does dogs were sitting in the cage all the time and you said they had to earn their time out... not only that I was appalled by how close together you had them all together and hardly any space between the tiny cages they were in well they were large black crates. With no room for them to barely move around... 😔 Then after all the horror stories from Karen of all the dogs you've lost but if she has boarded with you... one white poodle mix just lost not even 7 days ago that was posted to her Facebook page that is now taken down so no one is lying here I was a past client of yours and I will never return to your facility ever again after hearing your stories of what you told me about when you first came out of business and you lost the dog with someone and had to reimburse them for it... They have no license to board dogs that is governed by any entity maybe they should stick to dog training and making money on the side not watching them properly and allowing them to escape under their care people have lost their dogs under their care. I was also told when I came to board my dog there when I was picking them that a dog at your place that was being boarded when you were first in business you lost someone's dog and they came to pick it up and they were devastated and you had to reimburse them for the loss of their dog but you can never replace a family member or lost dog... Unacceptable!! If you want them not properly watched and lost. And this comes from a very reliable source me... then don't take them to this facility home runner from a home uncovered by any facility or entity that makes sure that it's a proper environment and is checked on a regular basis like any boarding facility should. I have put up another review but they keep on taking them down the owner... and now you've made it for someone unable to post a picture or screenshot to backup with their posting or for the public to be able to see the post as well it's only able to be pulled up on the person that made the post on their email account everywhere else is missing mysteriously 🤔 What are you hiding Ceryl Lee... A dog just came up missing under your care that was being boarded for free for positive Rescuers of El Paso I guess she chooses to use your facility for free services at the expense of the dogs that's very sad and pure negligence. From which I was told by a very reliable source has been at least four under your care that have come up missing that she has boarded up at your facility so keep on taking the messages down cuz they're going to keep on coming up.. I refuse to not let the community know what's going on over there You started blowing up my telephone and threatening to retaliate against me by and that will not be tolerated as well I had to tell you to stop or I was going to call and make a police report on you... Have a wonderful day SMDH
