Everyone of the staff at Banfield, from the front desk staff to the techs, are so caring and kind. Dr. Marquez is amazingly kind and helpful. He is great and very professional and knowledgeable. I love this clinic! My dog is so well taken care of when i bring him here.

They pressured me in to taking the insurance plan and it ended up being the worst decision of my life. I paid way too much money for a year and really didn’t use it. I called to ask for an appointment for my dog to get spayed and they didn’t tell me how much it was until I got there at 7:30 in the morning. They charged me $700 for my dog to get spayed. I asked around and did some research and the most they charge around El paso is $250. They are ripping people off over hundreds of dollars. This is a horrible place to take your pets.

My first visit to Banfield was the best veterinarian experience I have ever had. I have no complaints, only good things to say about the staff and Dr. Marquez. I am also hugely relieved that I can just purchase the prescription Hills food and Vetsulin on site. Dealing with my cat’s diabetes has been an ordeal on every level, but now I feel like he is in good hands and all the stress and anxiety I had dealing with the logistics of his care has been resolved. Yay Banfield, yay PetSmart! I only wish I had known about Banfield sooner.

I was very disappointed this weekend. I signed up for the monthly service in order to always have a vet available to me. On Sunday, I actually had an emergency and was told that they were too short-staffed to handle my emergency so I had to pay $500 at a local emergency clinic. The whole reason I was paying the monthly service fee every month was to avoid this kind of thing from happening now I end up paying the monthly fee and paying $500 out of pocket somewhere else.
