Second visit here. Seen in a timely manner, which is almost unheard of based upon my many other visits with other vets. The techs and vets are very kind, and suggest reasonable tests to investigate issues. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me exorbitantly priced tests etc. when I don’t feel it’s justified and have trust in their recommendations. I will pass up any other non-shelter vet in the area to see them. They give options when possible and break everything down. Thanks for being helpful!

When my vet closed his practice they welcomed him and his clients. They are reasonable and the online portal saved me on meds and I made an appointment in seconds. You can see their calendar in real time. Good experience after two visits so far and I'll gladly return.

Our dogs have only been seen here. Unfortunately last week we had to let our oldest dog cross the rainbow bridge. It was a very hard decision for us to make. They were understanding and kind and very accommodating. We never feel rushed at any appointment and they are very thorough. They have always been professional and very kind.

There has never been a more compassionate, gentle, understanding, brilliant veterinarian than DR. JJ PATLOLA. He is the perfect example of what every person who has interaction with animals should be. My four dogs have a variety of special needs, blindness, diabetes, severe anxiety from abuse, deformed legs… Every one of them absolutely loves Dr. J because he is so wonderful with each of them. Yes, dogs know good people. His vet tech, Nancy, is to be commended as well. She is a shining star! They are a great team. My Rottweiler gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot at Holiday Park Animal Hospital! The office has gone through some changes lately, due to management decisions, and I do not think these have been beneficial to their office, but I will stay because of Dr. J and Nancy. They are truly the best!

Unfortunately this business has horrible follow-up care after the primary appointment. After $78. just for medication to clear up a skin infection due to allergies, this office has not responded to my request for further instructions. The vet mentioned that my 17 month golden doodle would need an additional medication if his itchy skin returned. It did 12 days after his initial appointment, and still no orders from the vets office as of 11 days after finishing the initial round of treatment. He's already scratched his skin open despite every effort on my part to keep him from uncontrollable scratching. Short of this business closing, there is absolutely no acceptable excuse for leaving their pet patients suffering! Without a change of business ethics, they will lose our business which involves two dogs. Based on this experience, it doesn't appear that they are the least bit concerned about losing business or the wellness of our pets.

The staff is very efficient, yet very patient. Dr J is the best Vet I have ever met. Currently my dog is getting allergy shots which works very well for him. I am so grateful I found Holiday Park Animal Hospital. Dr J is tops!!!
