Description Better known as AAARF! a fund that assists area shelters in covering medical costs for animals who have been abused or neglected. Since its inception back in 2001, AAARF! Has granted over $1 million for the care and housing of these innocent victims. You can donate to AAARF! when you renew your Allegheny County dog license online, or you can send a check to: AAARF!
