The staff here have always treated us well and given our cats great treatment.

They say a cat has 9 lives. But it seems to me that they only have 9 lives with proper vet care. There have been more than a few times that I thought my cat, Madison, wasn't going to pull through something, but with Dr. Bebko's help, she pulled through with flying colors. Dr. Bebko and the staff at the Cat Clinic helped her through kidney failure, diabetes, neuropathy and other old age ailments. And they did so with kindness and gentleness, which made everything so much easier for both me and Madison. But sadly, cats get no more than 9 lives. I had to put her to sleep a couple weeks ago due to a sudden but aggressive inoperable cancer; she was just shy of 21 years old. I can say with confidence that Madison only lived that long (and well) because of the care that she received at the Cat Clinic, and my heart will be forever grateful.

I took my cat, Chip, in for his annual exam at the Cat Clinic to get his shots. The staff at the Cat Clinic were great. They were gentle and sweet with Chip. They completed his exam efficiently and we were back home within a half hour. The office was clean and welcoming. It’s always hard finding a new vet but we couldn’t be happier with the Cat Clinic.

Didn’t even make it past the person on the phone for intake - she was so rude, short, and was frustrated with me because SHE made a mistake and scheduled me on a different day than I said. The whole time she seemed like it was a bother. Canceled my appt before I hung up - so turned off that I didn’t wait to get the deposit refunded.

I gave my cat to my 85 year old mother who lives in Pittsburgh. She has not had a cat as a pet before. I had just taken the cat for a checkup before bringing it to Pittsburgh, including bloodwork. She brought the cat to the clinic to just see if they could help clip his nails. They refused. They told her that the cat must have a full workup for them to do that. This is very bad business - shame on this organization. The proper response is "sure ma'am, we can do that and we hope that you will come back for his next wellness visit and checkup." But no, this organization is about the money and not community cat care. Shame shame shame on them. Total jerks. And this was from the lead veterinarian at the Cat Clinic, not some staffer. He's an a-hole.

I contemplated using their service, but when I tried to refund my deposit they exhibited a negative attitude, especially Flo. Their excessive scrutiny and negative comments while I searched for my card, along with a rude remark when I provided my security code, were disheartening. I strongly feel they should treat both current customers and potential future clients with respect..
