I applaud any place that takes in animals off the streets and out of harms way. This place had so many cats & dogs available for adoption it was heartbreaking. What was also very sad was the price to adopt any of these animals. I know prices have gone up and you want to make sure that these animals go to good homes, but you are almost forcing people to look elsewhere. Make it reasonable for people to take these precious animals home. 💔
Very clean facility and the option process was very seamless and smooth. Staff is nice. The price was very good in alignment with the care and medical attention the kitty received prior to the adoption. Very thorough. She also has a chip .we adopted her with the name mittens but we named her Athena
Great experience. Employees were friendly and pleasant. My son and his girlfriend pick a kitten.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this place was incredible. The staff were super helpful and nice and the place was spotless! Cleanest animal shelter or animal establishment period I’ve ever been to. No bugs (not even flies) and no pee or poop anywhere in sight, it doesn’t even smell like animals in there. On top of that I adopted literally the most perfect angel of a kitten from them, if you are looking to adopt GO HERE!!! The adoption process itself was also incredibly easy and they explain everything to you, they even give you a slip to get loads of coupons from petsmart after you adopt which I thought was amazing! Not only that but they also have tables full of supplies like toys, treats, food, even some collars and leashes and they tell you to take what you need after you adopt. I’ll never adopt from anywhere else.
They helped me find my new baby, Leo, formerly named Toby. He's a 10 month old brown tabby, and he's the sweetest kitty ever. He's the perfect fit for our family, my other cat loves him. I wish I could thank the animal shelter for helping me pick out my fur-baby, the lady who helped me was so kind and considerate of what I was looking for in a cat. They are dedicated to helping animals find their forever homes!
I Inquired about bringing in a couple of dogs I had found abandoned. After explaining that I had contacted every rescue in the area before calling them (two weeks of calls and messages all to every rescue we could find) the lady on the phone was quite rude and huffy when I was asking questions about the intake process and when I mentioned that other rescues told me they would have space she said quite bluntly that they only make space by killing another dog. Not euthanize like one would expect a professional to say. Kill. I cannot believe they would have someone on the phone that is that rude and disrespectful to people trying to find help for those babies.
