My dog's Veterinarian and all staff were helpful. My dog felt comfortable here. She also decided on Science Diet dry dog food. Perfect weight food. She went to it at PetSuppliesPlus same day. She received the care she needed. Her hot spots healed up beautifully, like her.

Loved the workers, girl on phone was sweet. Nurse was sweet, dr was super kind and told us things we didn’t even think to ask. Great vet. Free pills for fleas and heart worm is so kind. They treated my puppy great and had us in and out in less than 45 mins. Love this office.

We love the staff at Flatts and Copelands. Wyatt got very sick a little over a year ago and our regular vet clinic would not see him until the following week, they just kept telling me that if he gets much worse they would want to see him sooner, I called them everyday that week hoping for a cancellation but they would not fit him in. We were directed by friends to Copeland's and were lucky enough to get Dr Gibson. Wyatt took to Dr Gibson right away and after seeing our regular vet a couple more times and seeing how the Dr didn't really interact with my cats we made the decision to make Flatt/Copeland our regular vet and we could not be happier. Dr Gibson is so good with the purr kids and he really tries to make their visits as gentle as possible. Even my grumpy black cat has warmed up to him. Wyatt would not be here today without the amazing staff at Flatts and Copelands

We have full confidence in Drs. Gibson and Wilton, following our appointments with each, and after Dr. Gibson's performing a spay procedure on our little 10-month-old toy poodle/mini Aussie doodle mix. Both doctors focused carefully on our pet's health while talking with us during an exam, and the doctors took time to completely answer all our questions. Also, the support staffers are very friendly and informative and they consistently have handled our little dog with care when we have brought her in for exams or surgery. My husband and I highly recommend Flatt Veterinary Clinic.

Very friendly staff and took great care of my Millie. Fees and charges were very reasonable. I had a question the next day and they were very informative and helpful over the phone. Made me feel like my concern was important to them. Didn’t rush through the call. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so kind to Oliver and us. Oliver had an awful experience at another vet that was traumatic. Oliver's anxiety was very high. The staff was patient and understanding. I would highly recommend anyone to go there and have comfort they are taking care of your best friend.
