I recently boarded my pet at Copyright Pet Resort, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and caring, making sure every animal feels comfortable and loved. Hayley was very kind and helpful. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. The facilities are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for pets. My dog came back happy, healthy, and well-exercised. It’s clear that the team here genuinely loves animals and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend Copyright Pet Resort to any pet owner looking for top-notch care and peace of mind!

Our Rocco has been there a couple of times and loves it. When checking in on him he is eating and doing great. Also highly recommend and love the grooming job. Looked and smelled awesome when we picked him up.

This was the first time leaving my pup anywhere and I have to admit I was a bit nervous to do so, but the staff made me feel comfortable with verbal updates as well as pictures. Toby came home smelling good as they gave him a bath before I picked him up. Thanks we will be back

Communication at this facility is completely off! Our dog had her first half day on 7/31. I filled out all of her required paperwork and when I came back to pick her up they said she did great and would be a good fit and recommended that she come for full days moving forward. I called back on 8/7 to ask if she could come for her first full day on 8/8 and they said they had a spot for her and we could bring her in. My husband dropped her off on his way to work and they made him fill out all of the exact same paperwork I had already filled out the week prior, making him very close to running late for work. They also told him she could only stay a half day, and then called him back and told him there was a miscommunication and she could stay the whole day. I called this morning, 8/12, to see if they could squeeze her in for the day. Firstly, I apologized to them because I knew I was supposed to call on Friday to secure a spot for her, but when I got up this morning my schedule had completely changed for the entire week so I was just calling to see if there was any chance they had a spot for her today and if not I completely understood because it was my fault anyways. The person I spoke to reiterated that I was supposed to call Friday, even after I told them I was already aware and had apologized. I even told them I completely understood if there wasn’t a spot for her and was very kind about it. The person then brought up our dog’s behavior issues from the previous week. None of those issues were brought to our attention when I picked up our dog on 8/8, and instead they were brought to our attention when I called this morning to try to bring her back. Due to the lack of communication not once, but twice at this facility, I’ll be making sure my friends and family are aware of our experience and we will happily search elsewhere for daycare 😁

I’ve been with them twice now. Once through Thanksgiving and the second for Christmas. During Thanksgiving, my dog was boarded there for a few days and she had the homestyle which allows them to be free with all the other dogs throughout the day. There were no issues whatsoever, and Hailey was really great and sweet to my dog. However for this Christmas, my dog went through the homestyle again however, I have a family friend who works there and lets me see her and my dog was limping and she had marks under her stomach and on her chest. Usually they are supposed to call you to let you know if something ever happens to your dog. No one ever did. The next day, the family friend told me that he came in and saw that she was in a kennel in the play yard and when he asked, Rhoda said she was “too much” but never specified anything more and didn’t mention anything on why she was “too much” and the markings. Again, no one even attempted to call or text me to let me know why my dog was in the kennel when I pay for a home style. Usually this place is good. However, this last encounter has made me completely change about going here. When he told me that I came in early and picked her up. When I picked her up, they never even said anything to me about her markings or that she was even in a kennel. The only reason that I know is because my family friend told me and you can clearly see it as well. I am extremely disappointed, and I suggest not to go here. The only thing that I can honestly say about this place is they will work with you about scheduling dates and that if you need to change your date, they will gladly do it. However, I do not trust them with my dog anymore. Rhoda was extremely rude. When I first came in to go drop off my dog. She seemed annoyed from me being there it seems like she was in a hurry to get me out and take my dog back. She was also somewhat too much when she was trying to weigh my dog. My dog was going against her because she was pulling on her collar, so I jumped in to move my dog for her because I didn’t want her dragging my dog by her collar to get her weighed when we first got there. the only employee there that is genuinely a good person and good with animals is Hailey. This girl does not deserve to go down with this place. I’m fully aware that dogs will rough play with each other, and I do not suspect foul play with the employees. However, if my dog had an encounter with another dog and was hurt, I should be notified instead of my dog being locked in a kennel and me having to figure out from a family friend. I don’t know how long or how many times my dog was in a kennel, but I do know that I paid full price and homestyle and I didn’t fight because I just wanted to get out of there with my dog. The family friend doesn’t work with the dogs, he just cleans the place so he’s maintenance, oh btw the family friend was fired too the day I picked her up. So let that tell you something.

Always have a great experience with the staff here. They are friendly and knowledgeable about my cats. They keep me updated when I ask and have very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
