Description We are a working breed rescue, taking dogs from owner surrenders, euthanasia lists at the shelter, and behavior cases from a variety of resources. We give each dog the training they need and find them a suitable home. We adopt out fully trained dogs who are trained to be obedient safe pets, active adventure dogs, service dogs, therapy dogs, protection sport dogs, agility dogs, trick dogs, dock diving dogs, and more!

I adopted Spicy and Leia from woof gang and they truly are the most amazing dogs. I got to know about this rescue because I utilized shadesofblu dog training for my other dog who struggles with reactivity. After learning about their methods and how they treat dogs as their own, it made me a life long member of the shadesofblu family. Leia came to the rescue as an owner surrender as a puppy. As I got to know this fur ball, I instantly fell in love with her temperament and knew she would be a great addition to my family. She now has an unbreakable bond with my other dog. Her training was great and I got a-lot of support to help sharpen her training when I brought her home. After their lead trainer moved away to Virginia, I saw she picked up right where she left off. She brought spicy to the rescue with no fault of her own and I saw another pup we couldn’t go on without. So my family and I got on an airplane and flew across the US to meet this dog and she captured our hearts. She truly does have a “spicy” personality and her training was done so flawlessly. She had our heart and she knew it. We brought her back in January 2023 and haven’t looked back since. 10/10 recommend you adopting from this organization. It’s gives animals a second shot at having a great life. The investment is worth it because you’re saving a life and welcoming them in your home with a balanced mind set! 🐶🐾
