I recently took my nearly 2-year-old mini Goldendoodle, Lily, to Good Heart Broadway Vet Clinic, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately put Lily at ease. Dr. Penn and the entire team were thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions patiently. Lily received a comprehensive check-up, and I was impressed by the level of care and attention she received. What stood out the most was how they made Lily feel comfortable and loved. The best experience I have ever had with a vet office. My dog with behavioral issues doesn't like people or dogs and the vets at Goodheart work with me to make every single visit successful. They are so supportive and incredible. I drive 45 minutes each way to see them!! Highly recommend.

Best vet! I recently moved across the country and was so scared to find a new vet. Cannot say enough good things about this place. The care is exceptional and everyone is super friendly. My dog recently had surgery and they were the best at keeping me updating and calling me personally. It’s hard to find a place that takes their time with you and really listens to your concerns and questions. I know my animals will always be in good hands here.

Best vet experience I've ever had anywhere. Are they a little more than other vets? Sure. But for us, the added cost is worth it knowing that our dogs are being treated by excellent doctors and technicians, and with such compassion! Can't say enough good things about this place.

I've been taking my pup, Koozie, to Goodheart for a few years now. We've always had a great experience coming in for our yearly check ups + vaccines. I felt I had to leave a review after Koozie had a seizure earlier this week. We ironically had our yearly appointment scheduled for that same day so I called Goodheart and told them what happened and they offered to have me come in ASAP. They said they would make Koozie and I comfortable until our appointment. They were empathetic and calm and reassuring. Haley specifically took such good care of us - bringing both of us treats/snacks and water, bringing a mattress pad and blanket into the room, and overall taking great care of my sweet Koozie. We ended up hanging out at Goodheart for about 6 hours. Options for treatment, as always, were presented transparently and I felt no shame or embarrassment for considering the financial aspects of what we were going through. I appreciate everyone at Goodheart! XO

This was my first visit to Good Heart, with two new rescue pups, and my expectations were exceeded. The facility, the level of organization, and the staff are outstanding. The prices are fair and the exam was very thorough. They took the time to answer my questions and ensure that my dogs receive the best possible care.
