Ferret Dreams is absolute gold. I have adopted ferrets here, been to ferret club events they have held, been to Ferret Dreams fundraisers, and volunteered. Matthew and Lee and are incredible humans that the world is better for. I have never seen a shelter with such transparency and wise spending around budget and who will go to such great lengths to provide ferrets with the medical care, time, and love that the former owners were not able or willing to provide. If you want to get ferrets, do not support pet stores that get ferrets from ferret mills, such as malls or Petco! Come here- but research first. Ferrets are not a low cost or easy pet, and they require unique care and an exotics-specific veterinarian. If you're not willing to do that, ferrets are not the right pet for you. If you are, they can be the most amazing and fun companions you can imagine!

Just adopted a sweet 4 month old ferret from these guys as a companion for my 3 month old ferret These guys are extremely knowledgeable, and show that they are in it for the love of the ferrets and their well being. Their home is very clean, and naturally ferret friendly. They taught us a few things that we wish we knew for our last ferret.They took the time to let our ferret get to know this little girl to ensure that they would be good companions. After 24 hours, they are the best of buddies, and they each look for each other if they are not next to each other. Even though we previously had a ferret, they still sent this little gal home with an abundance of supplies. I can not recommend these guys enough. If you are considering on adding a ferret to your family, look no further that Ferret Dreams Rescue & Adoption. You will not be disappointed, and these little guys definitely deserve good homes. Even if you are outside of the Denver area, they are worth the trip.

Matt and Lee run an ethical, no-kill ferret shelter and adoption house for these magnificent animals. They don't turn ferrets away and provide quality veterinary care for all of their foster animals. Families are carefully screened for adoption. I know of no finer animal shelter. We are fortunate to call them fellow Coloradans! I

Everyone there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also continue this after the adoption. Also try and get two they are cute as heck. All we do is take pictures, very good with our two cats. Big thumbs up!!!.

This is the most amazing place that I have ever seen in my life for adoptions for people that just love what they're doing and have The animals best interest always and I don't know if a lot of people know it but ferrets lifespan is usually about 7 years on the normal and I've never known a ferret to die of old age they always have a disease if not two and people usually want to get rid of them when they get that disease at 5 maybe 6 years of age and they don't do well when people give them up at that old of an age and ferret dreams takes them in and gives them love and everything that they need to be comfortable in the last stages of their lives and they're wonderful people and I know that because I volunteer every week and I see that they take in every week more ferrets that people don't want then people who want to adopt so they take in more than they actually give out but they make room for them they make them comfortable they love them they give them their meds make sure they're comfortable and they do it with love always!
