We've loved Belcaro Animal Hospital for almost 40 years and 3 dogs! During our current Miniature Schnauzer's annual vaccination and physical visit, Dr. Edwards was also wonderful as we discussed follow-ups from a previous visit for a specific concern. Our dog's vaccinations, a quick bath, and snips of a few snow-induced matted hair made her better than ever. I can't leave out the front desk....... they're awesome, too!. Thanks to everyone for making us -- and our four-legged baby -- feel special every time!

The doctors are so kind and treat the animals with great respect. They don’t do unnecessary tests or medications. They will accommodate a busy schedule by letting you drop your pet off for the day and always find a way ti fit them in. The techs are confident and sweet with the animals and the corny desk staff is efficient and friendly. It is a busy place, but the experience is personal and about the pets. I have always recommended Belcaro to friends and continue to do so. I feel blessed to have this independent, highly competent and reliable veterinary care for my pets.

The vets at Belcaro have literally saved my fur babies more than once. They have a no nonsense & realistic approach that I have valued over the years. Dr Herman helped us navigate the best care for our dog at the end of her time. And Dr Edwards takes great care of our kitties. I believe we would have lost a kitten to a brutal infection if it had not been for her.

I had been searching for a vet that would answer my dog questions, but not recommend testing unnecessary for every question I had. Dr. Edwards was great, she answered all my questions & was very knowledgeable. They were very caring & did the blood testing & vaccines so quickly to minimize my dog’s vet anxiety. I’m so happy I switched to Belcaro with Dr. Edwards. My dog actually wagged his tail in the exam room.

Dr. Sweet and the entire team at Belcaro have been an immense help in raising my Golden Retriever puppy Maximillian into a healthy young adult. Max is my first dog and I have had a lot of challenges with him as might be notable from the size of his file and frequency of visits, though I have always tried my hardest. I know three other people whose puppies have not lived past the age of two. Despite all our struggles I remain very grateful to the team at Belcaro that Max has made it past his second birthday and that we have a good quality of life. Being responsible for this level of pet has enriched my life and is beyond my wildest dreams. The times I was told “no” to having a dog (or cat) of my own are countless. I could not have made it this far without the patience, care, and kindness of the entire Belcaro Animal Hospital staff. Thank you from the hearts of Max and me!
