Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a small town feeling that made me comfortable. Took my bunny for a check up and to get his nails trimmed. I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable they were. I will not take my pets anywhere else from now on!

I think the staff is wonderful, front desk ladies are very helpful and kind. The office itself is clean and I thought I had picked a wonderful vet based off all the great reviews. But we’ve been twice now and I feel that the Dr is very rude and condescending. Maybe it’s because we’re new but he did not feel welcoming or attentive. I felt like a bother during my dogs appt, I spent a ton of money and got very few answers or compassionate advice from him.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE! I took my 2 dogs for they're routine check-up and vaccinations on Monday of this week and not only did they not have vaccines, they also didn't have the preventative meds for one of my dogs. I specifically needed documentation for my pets vaccinations and wanted a quote for my bigger breed female dog to get spayed. I left this place paying over $600 with no quote for the spay surgery even though I included the blood work that day which was to essentially "save money" and with no rabies vaccinations! Fast forward to Wednesday I received the quote for my dogs surgery via email which included having blood work done again, and still no call on when my dogs preventative meds will be in nor when the vaccinations will be available. I've already paid for my dogs vaccines and medications and do not have everything I paid for and was quoted again for blood work that I only needed to have done once. Plus they are over priced!

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about reptile care and genuinely cared about my skink. Some of the vet techs even took pictures with her because they hadn’t seen a skink in their office before! I felt very confident in their care and Scoots has a clean bill of health.

They have great staff at the front. But be wary of taking your rabbits here. I had brought mine in for an issue that they had not seen before. Instead of recommending another vet to check her out, they kept using mine as a Guinea pig for various medications. When we found one that worked, they refused a refill and want to see her again. I brought her here and spent way too much money on an arrogant vet who would not admit he didn’t know what to do. I have since started going to another vet who is willing to admit when they don’t know something and knows which other vets to point me to for the correct diagnosis and treatments. He also tried to tell me that their hay is the best and I shouldn’t waste my money buying anyone else’s hay because it won’t be as good. I go through a rabbit rescue that also grows their own hay. Very disrespectful.
