I love this location. Always very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful every time. We have adopted multiple babies from here and never had a single bad experience!

I came here about 4 years ago now to adopt my little honey Willow. They initially had the wrong name tag up for her and it said her name was "Mama," but after I expressed my interest and someone pulled her paperwork, they said her name is Willow and I thought it was perfect for her already so I kept her name. She is now 9 years old and living a spoiled girl life. She loves being an only cat and is very playful. Willow was free because she is FIV+ and I really thank the HSNT for helping me meet my Willow. 5 stars because I love her more than anything and adoption was a super easy process. I filled out the paperwork, got a voucher to take her to the vet within 30 days, and took her home.

Thank you for rescuing the abandoned puppies I took in! I will miss them but I know they’re in good hands now 🩷 Everyone I encountered here was a wonderful person with a true heart for animals! I contacted over 150 shelters and rescues and this is the only place that responded. I couldn’t have asked for a better resource for these puppies! I feel like they rescued me too.

The most compassionate staff I’ve ever encountered at any animal clinic or hospital. We were not rushed when releasing our sweet girl and she was treated with dignity and compassion. We were given the time we needed with her and the staff was very empathetic. This organization deserves donations.

This place is amazing! They have the best service I have seen in a place like this. We have taken two of our dogs for a spay and neuter, and have had nothing but excellent service and friendly people. Highly recommend!

We showed up today to see the available cats. We rang the doorbell at the cat department and waited; no response for a while. We walked to the front door of the building and an employee answered and asked how she could help. We said what we needed and she said “Well we open at noon”…we told her it was 12:17 pm….she referred us back to the cat department door and said she’d let someone know to answer it. We went back and waited again. No answer. After a while we left, and saw another family struggle to get access to the shelter too. As we drove off, we saw them do the same. We love HSNT and their mission to save animals! Just don’t like their doorbell system, as it deters people from visiting.
