We have used Cityview animal Hospital for well over 20 years, every staff member is caring and very attentive to the needs of my dogs, every time we take one of the dogs the experience is the best I could ever hope for. We will continue to use Cityview animal Hospital, because I do not believe there is a veterinary clinic that can compete and give the type of service and attention that we receive at Cityview. I cannot say enough good things about Cityview animal clinic. I can only say thank you to them for everything and the care they provide our dogs.

Usually I don’t post negative comments ,actually this is my first and hopefully last time posting… Anyway,I’ve called yesterday to ask if my 15 years old Maltese can have a Bravecto tablet,protection against fleas and ticks and receptionist told me “yes,I’ll be ready for you tomorrow morning “ So this morning I went there,the girl went in the back to get medicine and at the same time I’m getting phone call from city view vet and someone,without introducing herself said “ you can’t have medicine,you have to bring your dog for exam first “than hung up on me So I am standing right in the middle of Office, Waiting for someone to actually come talk to me, people around me they were like looking at me asking what just happened I said I have no idea. I called yesterday. I asked for medication and now they just said they can’t give me because I need to bring my dog for exam. I don’t mind bringing my dog for exambut I was supposed to be told that when I called first time and just to call someone just like that I just feel so like unprofessional anyway that is my experience with the city view animal Hospital. I’ve seen Dr.Jones. I liked him a lot, but this was very unprofessional and it just made me feel like we “don’t want you here”.

We moved from Dallas to Fort Worth almost a year ago, and the most nerve-wracking part of it was finding a new vet nearby, especially with our Dallas vet retiring. Upon recommendations, I gave Cityview Animal Hospital a try, and I have been so, so happy with the vet and technician care and front desk staff. My English Bulldog is turning 7 and his knee joints have been giving him issues, but I trust Dr. Lott and his team. They go above and beyond with caring for your fur baby, and Dr. Lott takes time to explain the medical issues and manage expectation, while also making sure the pet parents leave feeling good about path forward. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr Lott and Cityview Team!

My Lil nigglet has multiple tumors, with infection. They were so precise with detailed information on the procedure needed. I was given antibiotics for my pup. Very nice staff,clean and comfy environment. I truly appreciate that they cut her nails. I didn't notice till we were almost home.😅😅 I've gotten every nail clippers a dog can have. My dogs r so smart ,they know what clippers are,and they run to their rooms when I say "Clip nails"!! I'll update after the surgery etc. But until then,"Thank You Cityview Animal Hospital" !!!!
