The experience here I had was absolutely terrible. I tried many times to give it a chance, but I will not be coming back. I’m irate at how much bleeding and trauma they caused my dog. After over an hour of waiting they spent only minutes with my dog just for her to end up bleeding and shaking in the corner after. I’m very unhappy at the hundreds of dollars I spent for her just to be traumatized and the issue to not even be resolved. The staff here will make you spend hours waiting because they spend most of their time talking with one another about personal topics and even personal phone calls. The time they do spend with you they are rude and don’t show care for your pet. They’re practically aggressive with your pets. I will never bring my dog back here and you shouldn’t either. All they will do is steal your money and traumatize your pets and even you.

Dealing with corporate owned vet offices isn't always easy, especially when you associate with rescues. Most of my negative feelings associated with it have nothing to do with the workers and staff there as they have no control over the prices or rules set forth by the corporate higher ups. And those higher ups know nothing about the individuals (and their pets) that walk through the doors. Dr Ryle is attentive and tries to find a solution that works with the person. Tony the office manager has gone above and beyond to try and find a care solution that is best for the pet and the owner. Working with animals is often a thankless job, but I am grateful to the staff at VCA who continue to do this work.

Dr Ryle, Dr Berry and all of the support staff are fantastic and make every visit as stress free as possible. Dr Berry recently removed a large 2” cyst from the back of our 15 yr old cat, Koda. 4 weeks later the incision is barely noticeable and Koda is one happy country cat again. Thank you all!

The manager Michelle is amazing and a life saver! My dog sitter for my husky puppy fell through the day before my trip and she was able to get him into boarding last minute. I could not be more thankful, not only did I still get to leave town but I felt good knowing he was safe. They even had the vet techs texting me updates and pictures. Let me just say her and her team are the reason I will not be switching vets for my three fur baby’s! Highly recommend!

Took caboodles my cat there she fractured her paw. They got her a cast and gave me an affordable plan to pay for everything. Good service all around but slow on getting results for her x-rays because they use a third-party. Still would recommend.

I love taking Finn to Dr. Laura Ryle..she takes time to listen , and suggest treatment plan. She really listens to me, as well as Finn, and I really trust her knowledge.
