Our cat hadn't been acting right for a few days so we decided to take her into BoosterPet. After some lab work, we received the news that all pet owners do not want to hear. Unfortunately, our cat's organs were failing and there was nothing we could have done. That same day we had to send our Char-cat off to Heaven. Throughout the entire process, all workers at BoosterPet were professional and allowed our family as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes. After about a week, we were able to return and pick up her remains up in a beautiful wooden box with her name etched into the side. They also included a clay imprint of her paw and a cremation certificate. The thoughtfulness has been much appreciated and we thank you for your professionalism.

I came here, for my puppies first appointment. They took long to see us, but they were nice. The second time I came for the booster, and the receptionist booked us at the Bonney Lake location instead, which was frustrating as we came back to the Puyallup location. While speaking to the receptionist she was behind the door and I am standing by the door talking to her and one of the vet techs starts to close the door. I told her that I was talking to someone and she made a face and just shut the door in my face. So rude. I honestly thought it was far to come, but liked the first interaction so I figured, it's worth the drive, but at this point I'm searching for another location.

My dog recently started limping and appeared to be in pain in his foot. Since my regular vet was unavailable for the next two weeks, I reached out to BoosterPet Urgent Care. Fortunately, I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. Dr. Cheryl and the entire staff were outstanding. Initially, they couldn't find anything wrong during the physical exam, but further investigation with x-rays revealed a metal piece lodged in his foot. They skillfully removed it and provided comprehensive aftercare instructions and support. Overall, it was the best experience under the circumstances. Can't say enough good things about the kind and knowledgeable staff.

Very caring with our cat, urgent care is pricey but not any more so than other urgent care vets. Staff was willing and able to discuss costs prior to doing anything. Email follow up was helpful

My cat was able to be seen by the vet at BoosterPet quickly as she had developed an open wound on the side of her cheek. Her regular vet only had appointments available 5 days later. The staff here were gentle and seemed to really care about my cats situation. The aftercare documentation they provided was really detailed and helpful as well. I am very pleased with BoosterPet.
