We have been coming here for over 20 years. All our pets had great care for many years. Now we have Pepper and Livie. Thank you all for such great care. Posted again because Pepper just got back yesterday and is doing great

I have always been extremely satisfied with the compassionate and professional care my pets have received from the Banfield staff. Doctors Lee, Penn and Larson are very knowledgeable and caring, and have my full confidence. They take excellent care of 11 year old Rocky Junior, my Rottweiler mix, as well as my 1 year old cat, Buddy. The new location at Willows Pond is beautiful, roomy, comfortable and the air conditioning is great. Everyone here is top notch in my mind. I can't recommend Banfield enough!

Initially place was great. However, back in April paid $500+ to have some scans done on my dog. Took several weeks just to get the results even though doctor said would be ready same day. We had to make several calls to get the results and the Dr was out multiple days. Once he did call he didn't have any quotes ready to have what needed to be done taken care of, so we told him to call us back with an estimate, no big deal. Never heard from him. When you call the office staff they just say the doctor is backed up and quotes can take some time and to just keep calling back. Here we are 3 months after initial scans and today when I called was told the Dr once again isn't in til Wednesday and the office manager is also gone so talking about a refund for the scans won't be possible either. Was told once again, "I can leave a note for someone to reach out to you", you know because that has worked so well over the last 3 months, LOL, what a joke. Really cares about the well being of my animal, not!!!!

I have appreciated so much of Banfield and how amazing the care is, the guidance in how to take care of my puppy at home, how pleasant staff is when you speak to them. I am so thankful everyday I have a great care program for my puppy. Thank you Banfield!

Went into Banfield near South Hill Mall today because my sweet 4 month year old kitten 🐈⬛ Zoey had an acute upper respiratory infection and eye infection. Did not have an appointment but the friend desk young lady was very friendly and the Vet Tech, I wish I knew their names took Zoey in to be evaluated by Dr. Tyler Ofsthus. After evaluation Dr. Ofsthus came out and explained exactly what was going on and the treatment plan. He was very friendly and caring.❤️. Megan the Vet Tech came out and showed me how to apply both medicines to Zoey. Not only was the office waiting area very nice but the Team that treated Zoey and I was professional and caring. We will be coming back in a week for a follow up exam to evaluate her progress. Kudos to Dr. Ofsthus and the Banfield Team. I have 6 Cats. This was the best Vet experience I’ve ever had. Peter❤️😊😊

5 out of 5 recommend this Banfield! I took my dog to the Petsmart Banfield by Walmart and they were all so mean. Everyone up front, the nurse, all of them. I have a high anxiety dog that they knew previously about and I gave her the pre appointment meds they prescribed, but they still refused to see her bc they couldn't "handle" her. Then I called Willows Pond, and they said to bring her right in. Not only did they fit her in when she wasn't scheduled with them, but they saw and treated her just fine! Caring, Compassionate, understanding and patient. Will never go anywhere else again. Thank you, Willows Pond!
