My husband and I have been going to this vet for 12+ years and I love this vet. They are always there for our furry kids. They have been there through two deaths and many injuries and a few furry kids they always try to fit us in the schedule when needed an emergency. They are very passionate people. And all the employees in the front desk are very helpful and kind thank you all for taking good care of our furry kids Shiloh and Elvis. Appreciate you too. 🐕🐕‍🦺 all the doctors are all very kind understanding and do their very best for your furry kids

Everyone was kind and professional. The DVM helped to calm my concerns about a lump on my dog's inner thigh. A sample was taken and the good news that it was a benign lipoma came in just a couple days. For a first visit I couldn't be happier.

Have went here for years but the service has gone downhill. Staff seem to be in a rush and get less time to discuss concerns/very hit or miss. Prices have gone up and are not good compared to other vets in the area. A well check for my cat was 300 and all they did was a blood draw. At that same 300 dollar visit I had a fluke experience where I took my 14 year old cat and they took her to the back for a blood draw. I heard a cat (didn’t know it was my cat at the time) yowling and freaking out in the back, only to find a staff member come in and inform me it was mine and they were able to do a blood draw but not obtain a urine sample. If my 14 year old cat with osteoarthritis and a tooth abscess (who was clearly a senior cat in pain) was fighting they shouldn’t have done a blood draw in the first place. I get back to my house and my cat is lethargic and can’t move or breathe well. A couple hours later she died. The emergency vet said she had blood in her abdomen and the only possible thing I can think is that they messed up during the blood draw because she was a perfectly healthy cat before the appointment and the blood draw came back normal. I only leave this review in the first place to warn other customers or potential customers to not go to a vet office that takes your animals to the back. There are other more affordable options that will not take your animal away from you so they stay calmer and you will have a more peaceful state of mind knowing your animal isn’t being harmed like mine was.

I cannot thank Dr. Black enough for the care and honesty he did for me and Chuck. He was upfront with me about Chuck condition and did not pressure me into making any quick decisions. Unfortunately Chuck needed to be put down, but Dr. Black reassured me I have made the right choice. Thank you again Dr. Black for releasing Chuck suffering and a huge thank you to the staff that helped me get in and out of the office. ( RIP Chuck)

Very thankful for Dr Black as always. I have a very reactive doggy from trauma as a puppy and they set my appt early and let me use a side door. He helped the process so much as it usually causes so much anxiety for me to bring my dog to the vet. He gave me some options so next time it will be even easier. I love the 3 month chewable flea treatment option they sell and find that their prices like for spay/neuter is also almost similar to the Tacoma spay and neuter clinic except here you know it will go smother and more professional. All our fur babies go here now and I love referring new friends because they will be taken care of.
