I’ve visited plenty of vets across several moves over the years, but this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. Took my old boy in for a routine visit, and requested new meds for him. Up front and reasonable pricing, they are very friendly and don’t try to talk you into pricey services you don’t need. Highly recommend this vet for caring and quality care.

Snarf recently needed to be groomed due to old age and Kaila exceeded all of my expectations. I was hesitant to ask for the mullet, but she sure delivered! Not only did she exceed expectations, but the entire staff really gives so much attention and love to your pet. I can tell he genuinely has connections with the entire office and it makes my heart so warm. Love this place ❤️

We had noticed the Animal Hospital several times while driving down Valley in Puyallup. Previously, we were seeing a vet in Federal Way. However, since we live in Fife, we wanted to try someone closer. Unfortunately, the day came that every pet owner dreads— we needed to help our beloved boxer Daisy Go Over the Rainbow Bridge. I contacted them, along with other places, on that day. Considering our budget and it being somewhat urgent, they were able to accommodate us and offered a reasonable price for euthanasia. Upon arrival, we were guided to a private room located at the back of the hospital. The spacious room had a sift, cozy blanket on the floor, a bench, and tissues. I also noticed a whiteboard with Daisy's name on it. Despite never meeting with us or Daisy before, I felt like we were already part of their family. Dr. Lamb's gentle, sweet, and caring nature spoke volumes. Their compassion, even though we were strangers, was remarkable. Although it's never an easy situation, they made it peacefully serene, and we felt incredibly well-cared for. We were given ample time to spend with Daisy both before and after the procedure. Additionally, they provided us with a paw print in plaster and informed us that her ashes were scattered over Mount Rainier (please note that I am unsure if they still offer this service). Currently, we are consulting Dr. Lamb for our Chihuahua, Peewee. She is an older girl exhibiting signs of bladder cancer or a cancerous tumor, possibly. It's quite convenient that they have an ultrasound machine onsite. Once again, Dr. Lamb demonstrates unwavering care, understanding, and empathy during this difficult period of decision-making.

The entire staff is wonderful! The tech and doctor took such great care of our dog during a recent visit for her yearly checkup. They were patient, kind and provided great care answering all my questions and providing everything my dog needs to stay healthy and calm. The ease of scheduling online, checking out and getting my dog what she needed was so convenient. It was such a great experience. Thank you!

The vet tech was super sweet and made my difficult experience more pleasant. Unfortunately my cat was too sick and had to be euthanized. But if the staff was difficult it would have been even more unpleasant. The doctor was also exceptional. I would recommend.

These people are awesome! Took my fur baby to them because we just moved to Puyallup and we both agree they are all wonderful people! Very caring of fur babies!
