We recently became fur baby parents, finding great care and and an accessible Veterinarian was necessary for our sweet boy. Brookswood has convenient hours and open 7 days a week, the quality of care is phenomenal from the moment you walk in you know that you are in the right place.

I am a new client and they were able to get me in within 2 days on a Saturday - I appreciate that they are open weekends! Everyone was wonderful from the front desk staff to our vet. Since we had recently moved, the vet took time to let me know about Bend and how it was different from where we have previously lived. They even cut my dogs pills in half for us! I usually do that myself.

Dr Ruth Loomis has been my pets Vet for 15 plus years now. I value her opinion and experience with my dogs. As a Boston terrier owner she is very knowledgeable about my breed . I have had Seven dogs with her have lost 3 through old age . This clinic has everything and so much compassion. Plus if I have ever had any problems I would just discuss the matter with Dr Loomis. Everyone tries their best here . Your working in a stressful environment with stressful people and there family it’s like working in a real hospital. Remember people emotions run high and it is like losing a family member. But I’m truly convinced this is the best place for my babies. I have complete trust in DR Ruth Loomis for my babies even my Frenchie who I got from a bad breeder and is now healthy.

Every staff member we have worked with has been kind, patient and knowledgeable. Great communication and timely follow up on tests and other matters has been exceptional. Rasa, our dog, runs into the clinic and enjoys her time there. I have never had a dog excited to visit the vet. Over the decades, I have had good vets, Brookswood Animal Clinic is the best so far!
