Wow. Super knowledgeable staff that are committed to protecting and rehabilitating wildlife. Getting to see an animal release was pretty amazing. Learning about all of the work and effort to prepare an animal for release was so impressive. During our animal hospital tour we got to see the specially prepared meals for each bird and the volunteer, dressed in a gillie suit (to ensure that baby birds don't imprint or become habituated to humans!)going in to feed the babies. We got to see the gorgeous pollinator garden with little Rufus hummingbirds zipping all about. I highly recommend purchasing a wildlife release certificate for yourself or as a gift. It was a wonderful experience and so heartening to see folks working to preserve our beautiful natural world. Thanks for all that you do, Think Wild!

This past summer I was an intern at the Think Wild hospital. The staff and volunteers were welcoming and knowledgeable. I learned an incredible amount about wildlife rehabilitation as well as the mechanisms that make an organization like Think Wild run smoothly. I am inspired by the whole team at Think Wild and I to want to continue my career in wildlife rehabilitation to help wildlife and communities thrive. Think Wild deserves all the praise for their amazing work.

I cannot say enough good things about Think Wild. Every experience I have with them is amazing-nothing is too small when it comes to helping animals with this organization! Their team is incredible and helped me navigate what to do when I found a bird that fell out of its nest. They are quick to respond and go above and beyond with education in the community.

Had an owl overnight, in the environment they tell you to when injured and not able to be there during "working" hours. Did everything by the book. Then magically the owl had "passed on its own" just shortly after the courier had picked it up and dropped after arrival. They will gaslight and degrade you for trying to even figure out what happened to the animal. It was just fine and alert right before you. I'm curious what their euthanization rate is. I'm also curious how much they lie about "natural deaths"? They will tell you that you have no other option, due to laws and beuracy, but if they can lie about deaths, I will lie about location. Never going to contact, let alone try to take an animal to again. "Oh, come volunteer with us you white-collar peasant" They're just like Peta. High kill rate, low success rate.
