Sadly I had some dogs left to me by an old roommate. Seeing as I can't take care of them, I tried to call here to see about rescuing them. Firstly I'm getting texted over the animals and CAN'T speak to the operator over the phone. My calls get denied and told to text. Fine. Then I get baited into dropping the animals off at another facility because "They have a vet on staff and would get better care" the specific text from the lady. Glad I didn't bring the dogs here knowing they would get better care elsewhere. Thanks for the help. 1 star....

I went to visit today, when I was unsure the dog I wanted would accept my cats I took him for a trial. I took a chihuahua home, but my cats are bigger than him. I know he is unsure of them, but he is already showing trust with me. The staff was more than happy to let me sit and visit all the dogs. I think this little guy will endup staying here with me.

This was the worst experience that I had trying to adopt a cat. It seemed very judgmental about the whole thing. I was talked to over text never actually talked to anyone, then when asked about where I lived they said that I live on a really busy street which, I would agree that farther down the street is busier but my side is not busy at all. I got that they didn't really care that I would give it tons of love but that I would HAVE to keep the cat indoors in order to move forward with the adoption and it's not even guaranteed. I will never come back to this place and I will not recommended in the future.
