This is the least expensive place in the central Oregon area, so it would make sense that it will take weeks to get an appointment. It took me nearly seven weeks. The trouble with it being affordable is that it is not convenient to non-Bend locals. They have one and only one check in time, and it's early in the morning. And only one pick up time in the late afternoon. So if you live an hour away from Bend (as we do), you will be driving 4 hours in one day to drop off and pick up your animal, as they do not let animals stay overnight. While I appreciate that they do this for maximum efficiency, it's really not serving their clients who live far away well. I suppose I'm just not happy that this is the only affordable place in the area for such a needed service. They stopped neutering/spaying in Redmond shelters for unknown reasons. All that said, I thought that the staff (of which I only interacted with the receptionist) was top notch. She was so kind and helpful and genuinely cared about the animals. She made up for the irritation of losing half a day driving, so thank you!

I took my aggressive handful of a two year old Doberman in to be neutered in 2011, and they handled him wonderfully. I was having trouble financially, but they were reasonably priced so I was able to get him the surgery. And I am so impressed with all the help they provide to feral cats, I try to donate as much as I can now that I am able. Absolutely thrilled with them, and grateful they are here!

Got our kitten neutered here. They are very professional and friendly. They addressed all of my questions. They sent us home with good care info so we knew exactly what to expect. They are also really good on thier pricing for spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips and nail trimming. Would go here again and will recommend to anyone!

I have taken my 2 cats and a dog as well as a previous cat here to get fixed and never had an issue. The animals are treated nicely and are not stressed out when we get them back. Never any infections or issues with any of the surgeries. Great people to deal with.

Bend Spay and Neuter took such good care of our little Roux! We were totally comfortable with the spaying process. They were a pleasure to work with and did such a great job. The staff was all very friendly and they were taking ample precautions with COVID. I would highly recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough for the work they do!
