He got me on the schedule at a time that worked with my lunch break from work and was able to swap out the broken spring, reattach the cables and even added a couple extra screws to reinforce the strength of the door to make sure everything was working properly. He was a pleasure to chat with while working and handled everything so quickly! He's a great guy who really cares about the work he does and the people he helps. We had an emergency situation with our garage door which prevented it from shutting. Called John and he came out the very next day. Not only did he fix the issue, he graciously tuned up a few other parts, programmed a remote for us and did so all while being extremely friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend.
