I cannot praise the work this clinic does enough. The entire staff is very kind and gentle with my cat. They’ve told me, on different occasions, to hold off on visits that don’t seem to be necessary or immediate. I’ve recommended them to multiple people and will continue doing so. Wonderful vet. I am extremely difficult to please, especially when it comes to the care my loved ones receive. Trust me when I say this office exceeds my lofty expectations every time. Both doctors we have seen are incredibly thorough, they do not rush and genuinely seem to care about our cat. They take the time to explain things in detail, they are gentle and patient. They do not push unnecessary treatments or try to run your bill up for their benefit. You can tell that they are passionate about animal care and they have a wealth of knowledge to back it up. If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable place to take your pet to, this is it.

We've been bringing our pets to Alpha Animal Hospital for years. They have been excellent partners to support our pets' health, especially for the pets who have needed the most frequent and challenging care. Every one of the vets at this practice are incredibly thoughtful, thorough, responsive, and realistic. Most recently, they have helped us to properly diagnose a tricky case of IBD in one of our cats. Dr. Ellison went so far as to regularly email me to check in on his health and to respond quickly whenever a change in protocol was needed. I know that she's as invested in his health as I am. We've moved a few times over the years, and we recently tried another highly rated vet closer to our new home, only to return to Alpha because their level of care is so above and beyond.

Everyone at this practice is great. We’ve seen Dr. Segl and Dr. Kreher for 4 dogs and 2 cats over the years for various illnesses, surgeries, and routine check ups and they, along with their wonderful techs, always treat our pets and us with so much kindness and compassion. They saw us through the loss of 2 dogs and ensured they were comfortable at the end, which made a really difficult process a little bit easier. Everyone is very sweet to our pets during office visits and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything we need to know. It’s easy to see that everyone here truly loves working with animals. I highly recommend this practice and won’t be taking my pets anywhere else.

Alpha Animal Hospital is an excellent hospital. The doctors and staff love animals. My dog is always happy to go into the hospital and knows that when she sits on the scale to get weighed she gets a treat. They have always been able to help my animals and have given me direction in time of need. The hospital preforms many services from routine vaccines and dental cleanings as well as variety of soft tissue surgeries such as spays, neuters and mass removals among other types of surgery. I recommend them to anyone who have animals they care for.
