Wow. Mainstay vet has been the biggest blessing to our family the past few years, and they have consistently and faithfully taken very good care of our good boy, Cooper. Cooper came to my mom and I a few years back after an incident that required lots of medical attention. Mainstay did a fantastic job diagnosing all of Cooper’s problems, communicated so well throughout that process, and treated him appropriately too. We are grateful Coop was treated so well during that time. Since then over the last five years, Cooper was continually taken care of so well. Communication was always clear, kind and professional from Mainstay and when we finally received terrible news in his 14th year of life that required us to put him down, the team communicated that bad news with such kindness and compassion. I knew Mainstay was an amazing vet practice before Cooper’s passing, but man, was his passing the best way he could’ve crossed the rainbow bridge. The process took over an hour, we were in such a comfortable spot for his procedure, and had a proper goodbye with heartfelt care from the Mainstay team. Whenever it’s our time again to get another dog as a family, we know exactly where to go for everything veterinarian for our little guy or girl. Thank you Mainstay, for everything. I cannot say enough good things about you all, everyone on your team, and 11/10 recommend you all to anyone in need of vet care. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and informative. The office is clean and beautiful with good parking. The pricing was straightforward and they helped us set up a wellness plan for our puppy while addressing an infection she had. They're very responsive to emailed questions and provide a lot of helpful information. We are excited about building a relationship with Mainstay around the health of our new family member.

New review (9-22-2023) Mainstay veterinary practice is the most exceptional veterinary clinic I've ever been to. Each veterinarian is beyond incredible and exudes compassion and a love for our animals. Having cats, I know how stressful vet visits can be. MVP has an entirely separate area for cats only. The space is calm and quiet, perfect for kitties!! You can tell that the ENTIRE practice (and MVP resort for boarding and daycare) have put the animals first when designing this space. Every experience I've had at MVP, both the veterinary practice and the MVP pet resort, have been beyond exceptional. I can't recommend positively enough! The atmosphere of MVP is exceptional and the friendliness of the doctors, nurses, vet techs, and staff make the trip to MVP something our pets look forward to! Our pup was so comfy at MVP that she fell asleep on the exam table, a sign of an excellent environment. Highly recommend MVP for all of your pet care needs!!

Easily the best veterinary practice I've been to, our vet tech and Dr. Norjen were exceptional and took an incredible amount of time to walk through my pet's history and future care with my wife and I. The prices for services are also up to 50-75% lower compared to other places I've been, to the point I almost didn't believe them when we got the final bill for our first visit. I look forward to coming here for all of my current cat and future cat needs; it feels great to finally find a vet that is the complete package of quality care and affordable pricing.

We totally trust Dr Norjen with the care of our cat. She and all the nurses we've seen so far have been really wonderful with our "feisty" (the shelter's euphemism for uncooperative/bitey/scratchy) cat. Also, I really appreciate being informed of costs in advance (there's some pricing info online, and also you get treatment plans for less routine processes); and getting prompt responses to email questions/concerns especially as we work through our cat's physical (epilepsy) and behavioral (pooping everywhere except in the box, after a stint in the 'Resort') issues.

My dog is a rescue and skittish. Dr. Hosler and Brittany have in particular been very gentle and loving towards her, allowing my girl to relax for her treatment. They are very kind and professional vet professionals. The place is clean and well-run as well, never seem to be running behind, etc. Recommend this practice.
