Description We are a reptile/amphibian rescue, sanctuary, educational facility, and supply store. We help by taking in surrenders, rehabilitation, education, vet clinics, in home treatment plans, fosters, boarding, basic look overs for animals and enclosures, plus more. If there is an animal in need, please feel free to reach out. If we can’t help the animal, we have a network of other amazing rescues we work with.

We went in and saw all the animals they have in the front room and they were very informative on all the different animals and let us touch some of them. Today I found a rattlesnake on my property and I called them to see if they could help and they drove right to my place and secured the snake. Super grateful for them being able to help out on a Sunday so me or my animals don't get bite running around our house.

Great collection of reptiles of all sorts. The educational tour is worth the trip alone. They have a knowledgeable staff and we learned a lot. The reptiles that you are able to hold and pet are friendly and exceptional specimines. They have venomous snakes and lizard varieties you can not find anywhere near here. They have supplies and pets up for adoption as well. Last but not least, they really do care about and love reptiles.

This rescue is wonderful. They really helped me when I needed help. I liked the fact that they are in Sutherland. They give good advice and are friendly and non-judgmental. In my mind, giving up an animal is hard enough and I don't need someone else making me feel worse because I can't take care of my critters. The critters they have up for adoption are healthy. I really appreciate their policies of no breeding or cohabitation (except for the few that need to have cage mates ie mourning geckos).

Jungle Things is the best rescue I’ve come across! They’re caring and very loving with all of the animals! They are so knowledgeable and helpful, they definitely don’t leave any cold blooded animal behind. When not even the vets could help with my Chameleon Jungle things came in clutch! Thank you guys so much ❤️

Before they were a shop, I checked out their expo by abby's. They sold me a bearded dragon, stating the care was easy and low maintenance. The price was right so I bought her. Fast forward to a year and lots of money later, the care information was absolutely wrong. As a rescue you should know the correct care for each reptile you have, also there was no follow up visit done after I adopted my dragon like they said they were going to do. The latter I'm not upset about, but it makes you wonder how many people adopt from this place that shouldn't be adopting reptiles at all. And with no follow up....

I was graced with the honor of a sneak preview! They aren’t open in the current location to public but allowed me to come in and learn by appointment. My gecko is now upgraded to a proper 40 gal tank with non colored lighting, and the multivitamins she needs to keep her eyes healthy. I had been going to a local pet shop that sold me the overpriced gecko and was never properly educated by the staff, now I’m aware of the needs and can offer my gecko a thriving life! I cannot wait until the facility is open and I can spend more time learning new animals!
