I can't remember the managers name, but she was totally out of line when she made my service animal and I leave her store. She said my service dog was not considered a service dog due to the fact that it's for my mental health and my well-being. I truly believe that she was just judging me by my appearance as my hair was extremely windblown because of the heat and having my windows down in my car. I feel completely discriminated against, and I will never look at that store again as for helping people. I mean, isn't that what they stand for? This lady was completely rude about it, as well. I almost started crying right there in the store. She made me feel really unwanted, and I took it very personally. I do not recommend this place for the disabled who are seeking help. This is not the right place. Their hearts are in it for the wrong reasons. I did actually cry when I left, and I don't feel like I deserved to be treated like that, especially in public, where I was humiliated on top of the emotional side of it all. I will find out her name and post it later on. Thank you for reading this, I pray it never happens to you. Thanks again! This is my service animal, by the way. Who is the very best, well-behaved fur baby/ service animal. The managers name is Shelby. Shelby could've been more professional and didn't have to come at me so cruel. She could've shown a little compassion and maybe a little empathy, as well. Besides her being my service animal, it's like 90 degrees outside. And, she wants me to leave my dog in the car. Says a lot about a person.

This is definitely my favorite store I drive 16 miles to go to the store almost daily because the it's new product everyday customer service is astounding even though they're working their butts off every moment that they are in that store but they still somehow find a way to smile or say a couple words here or there I enjoy the atmosphere it's clean and the prices are definitely the best around. I think I will go back today maybe I should apply for a job LOL

They are organized and fair priced with treasures to be found. They are short staffed currently so their shelves are a little bare. Everyone is very friendly.

Poeple that complain about prices to steep are forgetting this is for a cause. Go to Walmart and support the chinese government if you're to selfish to help people in your own country. Thank you Salvation Army for all the years of compassion and giving.
