First time fish owner, bought an aquarium a few months back.. I had NO idea what I was doing.. tank cycling? water perimeters? Chemicals? What my fish options were for a community tank? Thank god for meeting Makensay in aquatics at Petco!! Not only is she helpful but she actually cares about the wellbeing of the fish & making sure they’re getting placed in the correct environment at home to thrive. Without her who knows how many fish I would have lost to ignorance. I have learned so much from her & now I have a beautiful thriving aquarium that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE!! ❤️ Thank you Makensay!!

Took my 7 month old pup in to get chipped and the rest of her vaccines and all of the workers were awesome! Molly is t really around a lot of people mainly because we live in a remote area and her land is her land. She gets to see people when friends and family come over. She was very nervous but also super excited. Anytime anyone new walked by she let out a little bark and the wiggle butts engaged. She’s a super friendly pup. I had a pet I employed walk up doing his job and she barked as normal and had super wiggle butts, and this man with blue hair decides to tell me “word of advice, you should really muzzle your dog because she wants to eat me right now and aggressive behavior needs to be controlled”. Yes aggressive behavior in an open setting should be controlled. Her tail wasn’t tucked she was letting you know she wants attention and you’re going to let me know how my dog needs to be treated?! Maybe don’t work at a pet store where pets are welcome in if behaved. She didn’t harm anything or anyone. I chose Vetco for vaccines because most places aren’t taking new clients and or they’re booked out into late this year or next year. I advise you to find a new job or keep your mouth shut to dog owners. Also he did the same thing to owners of a German Shepard puppy. It was just excited!!! Please and thank you. Lose the tude or lose the job.

I just love this place everyone’s friendly the store is clean. The groomers are fantastic and the cashier was really friendly. He taught me all I needed to know about cat nutrition and got me the food in the litter that I needed. Thank you, Petco .

We had an initial 45 minute training session with Lynx at the Roseburg store. We can't say enough positive about Lynx, and signed up for a 4 week session. Lynx read our dog from the first step into the store, and addressed the issues and gave us tips. You can tell Lynx loves dogs.
